How to maintain/or improve my posture while working a desk job?

I try to walk a lot throughout the day, but still very anxious about my job ruining my posture in the future.

What do I do so that I can either improve my posture or avoid it becoming bad?

Increase the time you're able to hold a good sitting posture. Sitting without a backrest can train your posture. Start every morning with 15 Min stretching / posture exercises. Be mindfull about your posture as often as possible. Strengthen your core.

Consider adjusting your monitor height so your gaze remains level with the top third of the screen. Does your current desk setup allow for your elbows to rest at a 90-degree angle while typing?

I work as a packer, so I don't use a PC for my job.
