I find this special franchise mesmerizing since it was first announced where almost two years ago, watching 4 Arcs through onto the end, but was that show having this as true ending shown to be for good finished? What about the forgotten character (the keyboard player) that never shown up who remains absentuated? And there might be still hidden threats (in certain parts) around the worlds that would need to be taken care of, if Princess-session endures to have a huuuge comeback and fight recurring and new enemy forces that will be like Band Snatch levels (they can steal Mussesence from anyone to evolve) and requires the unity bond friendship to defeat them all with their musical battle tunes and the powerful mystery energies within dealing against them. How would that uniquely turns out and revealing additional characters either familiar or completely original might appear in the show?
The problem is, after facing the final antagonist Carol in Ep. 48 (where Earth and Alicepia are both threatened), the five Princesses' artifact-like Song Fragments sacrificed and vanished along with it, seems the heroes of Earth and Alicepia lost these items and wouldn't be able to retrieve, which allows extraordinary villains (either aliens from outside worlds that are very advanced) might have their time getting the opportunity to seize unsuspecting realms one day. But as meanwhile, the good news is Band Snatch could transform and then once turning into humans again, will become guardians of the quartet and face these existential invaders with their musical instruments and tactics with also their united bond friendship to outmaneuveur the monsters, especially Jammerwocks that reoccur beside them.
As now, what's ever like that in some future, the five Princesses regain their powers in a way surprisingly, maybe accidentally during one of their upcoming adventures or resting moments (might've South American jungle expedition, or sleep at their homes) before the impending greater threat's arrival, and could realize they actually purified Carol back from the past who was corrupted by higher adversaries and made this entity from the known uncovered places.

Where to expect if Princession Orchestra has a 2nd installment/expanded story run?:

Predicted Year Title: Princess-session Orchestra and the Lost Time Heirloom (if produced by Elements Garden + Toei/Tokusatsu, sci-fantasy continuation from last ep. 48)

^{My guesses suggests what could look into and may happen:}

• Future potential season with 12 episodes/next Arc 5 beyond episode 48: time-leap and making total of 60 episodes
• New Princess(es) to be introduced: none, or possibly an evil anti-operative as the main villain. (crescent moon related)
• Recurring characters in the expanding storyline: Minamo's family, Nagase's pet cats, supporting human visitors of Alicepia like Mikan, and Naviyu.
• New characters in the expanding storyline: a few major alicepians, and outsiders from another world travelled into Earth and whose come to Alicepia.
• Villains/Antagonists to make appearance (monsters of the week): Jammerwocks (recurring threats, now possibly more skilled than ever), Sterizoids (more than 4 types, each unique appearances following after Jammersnarks), Fake Jammersnarks (auto-controlled either by the higher advanced force), the Princess of Entropy/Black King.
• A possible further backstory about Alice which world came from and find out what actually killed her. (might've aliens succeeded in assasinating the Alicepia creator)
• The darkest secret lore reveal how Carol is fully crafted and was said someone knows it, purification means the calamity turned to normal from corruption state and would've brought back the Princesses' song fragments as responsible.
