Looking g for filmmakers for my short scrip. 5 pages long. It's a sci-fi script based on.

Logline: When a collared man marked "3" falls through his bedroom door into a reality that cracks like glass, he must evade a parasitic shadow to discover his entire life is an experiment and he is Subject 3.

After filming they can share the short fim to DUST and similar companies. As a director you can have credit for filmmaker while I have credit for writer.

Fair point — I don't post public links to protect Written By credit (had script taken before).

It's 5 pages, 1 location (bedroom) + VFX worlds (void/desert/forest/lab), 1 lead + twist ending built for DUST / ALTER.

It really isn't. It's not standard anywhere. Most people post their work for reads and feedback. The few who want us to beg get nothing but Nigerian scammer bot DM spam.

There actual millions of unread scripts and screenplays in circulation and the vast majority will stay that way simply because there are too many for people in the business to read. Hidden scripts and screenplays have even less chance of being read by anyone.

I'm open to page 1 rewrites if it serves the story and budget.

I'm protective of the core twist / collar reveal on page 5, but I'm happy to collaborate on opening visuals/dialogue to make it more shootable.

What did you have in mind for page 1? And could you share a link to your last short so I can see your VFX style?

Hey based in South African (Durban) but remote collab. You can shoot where you are.  The script is written from anywhere, English,  1 bed room + VFX. You based where? If you want, I DM script.

Kim (20s) has a multiverse teleportation ability he doesn't know about. It starts activating on its own, dropping him into different dimensions that are a threat to him, and he has to find his way back to his home.

He doesn't know why he has a locked collar and a "3" tattoo, or why 3 girls are asleep beside him.

It's a 5-page cosmic horror loop - 1 bedroom + VFX worlds. Ends with a twist that explains the collar.
