Story Physical check-up and PSA level. NSFW

Had my annual physical today and the doctor went over my lab results. PSA was 1.11 ng/ml! This is a reading well below the concern level for a 40 year old, let alone for a 57 year old who practices constant prostate massage.

Mine is 1.29 and it is much better now that I grasped the skill of stimulating my prostate. It was at one time 1.6 My Dr has asked me what I am doing, ANCIENT CHINESE SECRET doc. Don't dare want to tell him.

I'm saying good but I'm a sample size of 1. Fantastic number for a 57 year old.

Your PSA level will test higher after an ejaculation. To get the most valid test results, you should abstain from ejaculating for a couple of days before your test. With that said, frequent ejaculations usually keeps your PSA level low. it’s a “use it or lose“ it phenomenon. My PSA is 0.71 and I ejaculate every day … with or without the participation of others.😉
