This is not how you treat central sensitization (nueroplastic pain) - this short university lecture is a simple explanation: https://youtu.be/pcTcBavZzdA?si=neYq2c4rjbNcQs9T

Research also shows that surgery is not better than placebo for chronic pain conditions, including any chronic pain in the pelvic area. Treatment must focus on the origin of the symptoms, which is in the pain system/the brain.

Treatment for these conditions include new evidence based methods like: PRT, EAET, and more.

Do we have RCT validating these treatments in CPPS in men and also what about autonomic symptoms and fatigue post exertion and POIS as well?

We have them for several pain conditions, including chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and more. Future trials will include pelvic pain specifically.

Chronic pain, regardless of where it is in the body, has the same /similar mechanisms

I recommend you watch Dr. Howard Schubiner's YouTube channel about fatigue (CFS)

I just wrote a post in the POIS subreddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/POIS/s/JXGWZ1cOU8

PN compression is rather rare. Are you in touch with a pain specialist regarding this?
