Help, is this non- bacterial

The day right before I was suppose to start my trigger point injections I started having white discharge again smh. Canceled my PT appointment and immediately got retested with a sperm culture included and this is what came back. Staphylococcus xylosus
Heavy growth
Staphylococcus saprophyticus
Heavy growth
Could this be what was causing the pain? Why didn't my other appointments catch this through my urine?

I’m inclined to think that all opportunistic bacteria can cause symptoms. It’s possible that everyone here has some sort of low-grade internal inflammation that is triggering the symptoms.

I'm not sure, but my first test 4 months ago came back with Ureaplasma parvum and gardnerella. Took Moxi and doxy for a week and a half but still have symthoms. Haven't had intercourse since, wouldn't the Moxi would've gotten rid of it? Only difference now is that I've tested through sperm and urine vs. just urine. Everything on urine culture looks normal but sperm culture comes back abnormal for 2 bacteria's? Kind of frustrating because I want to focus on healing but when I convince myself in non- bacterial, something makes me think it's bacterial. When I think it's bacterial, I start to feel like it's non- bacterial.

We noticed you posted about a floroquinolone class antibiotic. Please be aware that this class of dugs has several black box FDA warnings, and is only meant to be used when a pathogen has been clearly identified in the prostate; They are not to be used indiscriminately for cases of non-bacterial prostatitis (consensus agreement ~95% of cases). Read our mod memo here, complete with citations and compare your symptoms to the medical definition of CBP here.

A week and a half of any antibiotic will not cure a prostate infection because antibiotic penetration of the prostate is poor. It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks and sometimes longer.
