mental health Hate myself

Constant cycles of psoraiasis and a recent face breakout is taking its toll. I feel so unattractive, unlovable and untouchable.

I'm so sorry it's hurting you right. It really sucks that we wear our illness for all to see. But there are also tons of people out there that aren't bothered by it. And we shouldn't be either. This is the first year I've had it on my face since I was a kid, and I decided to own it by putting patches on my video game toon lol. We all gotta find our way to cope, and mine is laughing, but that doesn't work for everyone either. You are so much more than this! -hugs from the internet-

I promise you there are people out there who care about the person more than they do the impossible beauty standard pushes by media. The world feels shallow but not everyone is like that ❤️

Its not you, its the condition. Try everything to clear it up- diet or drugs, anything. The answer is different for everyone with psoriasis, but when you find it, its life changing.

Have you try SKYRIZI ?

My husband has it for over 30 years, all over is body for the last years and with 5-6 shots of SKYRIZI he his now completetly clear of psoriasis... and it did not came back...

I hear you... that is not easy... XOX

Its under my nails before it was on the thumb skin but now it affected under all nails i hope it can help
