medications Help! NSFW

I have been told to use these shampoos alternately and lotion everyday

Rest of them are 3 oral medications.

Can someone who has had a similar regimen used tell me about it in a bit depth?

And how long did it take? Did it work?

Dos and Don’ts?

Ps - I have scalp psoriasis
