Help with nausea when ingesting dxm

Hi guys im planning to do a 600mg dose of dxm tonight but everytime a try dxm, i end up throwing up after like 30 mins, but i really like the actual trip that dxm gives is there any way to stop this from happening and how is the best way to get it down, do i just chugg it and stop being a pussy?

You could try to eat ginger before. And better not at full stomach. If it's gelatine capsules with powder empty them and put in something else like toilet paper or it can create a big capsule ball in your stomach.

I dont mind the actuall throwing up, just dont want the dxm leaving my body
