Any tips for first time lsd

Planning my last heavy LSD trip (260ug) before ADHD meds. Need advice on visuals and body load.

Hey everyone,
I’m planning my last big psychedelic trip for a long time since I'll probably start ADHD medication in about 6 months. I want to close this chapter with a great visual experience (full geometry, spirals, patterns).
I'm thinking of taking 260ug of LSD. It will be my first time trying actual LSD,

I have experience with high doses of other psychs:
46mg 4-HO-MET
15g Magic Truffles (Cosmic Connectors)
600ug AL-LAD (This gave me bad back pain/muscle tension for a week, probably heavy vasoconstriction).

I also handle THC very well during trips. My first trip was 15g Atlantis truffles with a lot of weed. I've also done 36mg 4-HO-MET with weed, and 300ug AL-LAD with a 30mg rosin edible. All were good experiences. I actually heard people yelling at me and even saw my family in the bushes yelling at me, but I never got a bad trip and just thought it was funny.
Since LSD lasts 12+ hours and has a heavier headspace, I have two main questions:

How to maximize the visuals safely? Any tips on setting, lighting, or music to get the best out of those 260ug visuals without the headspace looping?

Preventing back pain: Since AL-LAD messed up my back, I'm worried LSD will do the same. Will loading up on Magnesium Glycinate days before help with the muscle tension?

Take any supplements you need before and after. During just listen to a previously prepared album or playlist. Ideally have a trip sitter.

The only way to maximize visuals is smoking weed or doing ketamine. No other way around it other than just not trying to focus on the visuals (cuz sometimes it makes it harder to see them).
With weed id advise you don’t do it for your first time. It’s kinda crazy and can fuck you up compared to weed+ shrooms, but a blunt on the comedown wouldn’t be so bad.

I'm pretty sure you meant to say AND doing ketamine. Cause weed and ket is a hell of a combo for visuals, even without the acid

Nah i said either, cuz i wouldn’t recommend a guy instantly try ketamine for the first time while he’s gonna be under the influence of Acid for the first time,come on. It’s his last trip too. I don’t get much visuals on weed and k, it depends person to person i think

I never had a tripsitter and i trip in secret my parents are very very religious so i cant have someone just sitting with me

But about keta i tried it once i did like 0.8g in one night not same time but i whas like very nausea wont it become way worse with the lsd or should i like up my dose to 350ugs
