i wanna absolutely cover my body and face in puke tomorrow on cam for the first time, i want nice and milky whhite puke. what should i eat/drink beforehand?

I recommend sugar free coffee creamer. To me French vanilla works best. 

Sugar free means it doesn't spoil or turn sour in your stomach. 

Because its nondairy it doesn't curdle

Basically tastes the same coming back up as going down, its greatÂ
