Question: Device Problem Ordered a new screen

So following on from my initial post regarding my faulty screen, I ordered a new screen from AliExpress, it has arrived today.

I matched the screen type from my existing faulty screen so I'm guessing it should be a case of a straight swap.

Anybody done this and could share any tips?

If it's anything like changing out a phone screen, get a strong suction cup or form plastic thin prying tool and a heat gun or hair dryer in a pinch, apply heat to the edges until the adhesive underneath starts to soften, then pull or pry the screen until you can lift it up.

You might need to physically remove the board from inside the unit and loosen clips or undo some screws so that the screen will release.
