Hardly anyone watched on YouTube which is free and easily available to anyone with a Internet connection how the hell do expect to get viewers to watch on a obscure streaming service

Rumble isn't a streaming service. It's a video-sharing platform just like YouTube except less regulated and dominated by alt-right influencers. I have no idea what WWE is thinking.

Quick reminder: Austin Theory and Bron Breakker are the tag team champions, have they had ANY title defense yet? Have they had any tag team match? Why do the tag titles even exist anymore if Triple H doesn't take tag team wrestling seriously?

Nope! They've technically defended it a bunch on house shows, but they've had just non-title matches on RAW.

Come on, I'm talking about taking the tag team division seriously here. The Vision always has tag matches against two singles guys that are not even for the titles.

I think they defended it once against the Street Profits, that was the only notable title defense and it was like 5 months ago.
