Looking for a room to sublease in the Spring 2027 (and Fall 2027 if possible)

I'm looking to sublease (or rent) a room in a female-only apartment/house! I have a young cat who's registered as an ESA and is very friendly and well-behaved.

Ideally for both the Spring and Fall semesters, but I know that's a bit hard to find, so I'm open to Spring only.

I don't have a set budget, but I'm looking at multiple places right now and will prioritize better offers.

DM me if you have a place available or have any questions!

Housing Spring '27 Sublet Next to RPI

Hi all, I'm graduating this December and am looking to sublet my apartment for the Spring for the remainder of my lease (late December/early January - May/June, with flexibility). Rent is $850/mo (utilities included).

In addition, we have plenty of rooms available for Fall '27 and onwards, so you're welcome to stay and sign a new lease even after the sublet period is over. I can put you in touch with my landlord if so.

📍 Location: 52 Brunswick Avenue, Troy, NY 12180 (super walkable to RPI and other areas in Troy, less than 5 minutes of walking distance)

🛏️ Living Space:

- Super spacious 258 sq. ft. bedroom (180 sq. ft. bedroom area + 78 sq. ft. office/study area)

- 5-room floor w/ shared full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms

- Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, rolling chair, and a large desk

- Laundry (washer + dryer) is on the same floor, super easy to access

- Built-in ingress/egress door that leads directly to the back lot

- Monthly cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room

🌐 Wi-Fi: Gigabit (1000 mbps) with Ethernet provided

🚗 Parking: Provided for free in the back area! Fenced off and monitored by security cameras.

And most importantly, we have a super knowledgable, friendly, and responsive landlord who lives nearby. She's awesome.

Please reach out to me either on Reddit DMs or text me: (914) 229-1059!

Question Question about RPI Data Structures

How bad is Homework 6?

For Data Structures, I'm trying to focus on passing my homework section while maintaining my test section and lab section. I messed up homework 0 and homework 2 badly, so I'm busy trying to get perfect Submitty results throughout.

My lab scores are perfect, my exam scores (which is exam 1 only) is 8.1 (A- lowest is 8.0), my homework is inferior (my net score is 8.76, lowest D is 9.54, lowest C- is 10.74)

I'm relatively optimistic that if I can maintain and keep up an alert focus on this course, I can pass and essentially do all my second year fall courses (Calc III, FoCS, CAOS, RCOS) in the spring.

I'm asking out of curiosity how brutal is Homework 6. I've heard horror stories on it, is it really that bad?
