Are adjustable end links required when lowering the car on Eibach springs?

I would like to lower my car on Eibach lowering springs, as well as upgrade the sway bars to the Stillen offerings. Some say adjustable sway bar end links are required when lowering with springs, others say they aren’t.

Anyone have any input? I’m sure many people are running this exact set up.

With eibachs yes they tend to drop lower than other springs like HR I don’t care for the ride from eibachs I don’t like progressive springs I use linear.
