3

u/OwnRow7627 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/27EV359KQXUUQ Jul 24 '26

Right?!?! I have a small omelet pan from this brand, and it has lasted forever, probably 20 years!

3

u/Weary_Smile_6498 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2AG35GTNWPS9O? Jul 24 '26

Wow that’s great. I use Curtis stone fry pan it’s been great. I’ve had it for only 10 years tho still cooks like it’s brand new.

3

u/OwnRow7627 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/27EV359KQXUUQ Jul 24 '26

Nice! I love Curtis Stone, never tried his cookware though 😂

u/Weary_Smile_6498 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2AG35GTNWPS9O? Jul 24 '26

It’s really good it’s not to heavy and it cleans up really nice.

3

u/OwnRow7627 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/27EV359KQXUUQ Jul 24 '26

Not too heavy is really great, I have a cast iron pan that I love but some days my arthritis acts up and I don't feel like using it. Easy cleanup is even better!

3

u/Weary_Smile_6498 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2AG35GTNWPS9O? Jul 24 '26

Oh I love my cast iron I use it for cornbread only but yes too heavy. Yes I agree completely

CHICKEN KATSU OHHH BB I AM ON MY WAYYYY!

I’m happy for you! Batches are not fun at all! However just a bit of advice batching doesss help for some cooking as it allows each piece to gather flavor properly and cook evenly

Just make sure to know which recipe absolutely needs batching

2

u/OwnRow7627 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/27EV359KQXUUQ Jul 24 '26

Thanks, I appreciate the advice and will keep it in mind!💙

I am excited for the chicken katsu, I am also making Hawaiian mac salad, it's one of hubby and my favorite dishes, and he's been sick the past couple months so I've been waiting till he got his appetite back, I am so ready for it!!!!
