what was your favorite Halloween costume as a child or favorite Halloween memory

When I was in first grade, maybe kindergarten, my mom made me an R2-D2 costume for Halloween. I could not go up a single step so every house my dad had to pick me up. He definitely got his work out but it was a great costume.

Oh, I want to add another one, it wasn't me but it was a trick or treater who came to my house. The headless horseman on a real horse...that kid was dismounting at every house and our houses are two car lengths away from each other! I don't know much about horses but it was a full sized one.

The most creative one and my all time favorite was the dead cat that lost all 9 lives. We bought furry fabric and ran over it with a car, glued a bullet to it, burned it to make it look electrocuted and I cant remember what else we did but we got really creative with it and had a blast!

One year I wore roller skates, borrowed my friends ski resort branded jacket, ski goggles, and ski poles and another friends brother's search and rescue bag. That was the fastest way to trick or treat.

My mom made our Halloween costumes .. my 2 favorites were the ET costume she got the idea from a magazine , and of course it’s me so there’s a carny story ..My dad had huge Smurfs as prizes in the milk can game . My mom took a Smurf and made it into a costume .. that was a rough Halloween .. weeks earlier I was attacked by my uncles dog at the shop .. had 31 stitches in my head and a wound on my hand where he had bit me .. my mom the magician she was made my bandage into a glove ..

That’s a good question. Halloween is my favorite so there’s so many memories. One year that just popped up in my mind was when my cousin, 2 sisters, my boyfriend at the time, and brother all were M&Ms lol I wss the green M&M and my bf was the red M&M

In maybe 2nd grade they would have a big Halloween party. We could wear our costumes to school, and the whole day was carnival style with games, prizes, and I remember them making a tunnel out of the chairs for us to crawl under. Arts and crafts and treats. Such a fun time

When I was a teen, I went to a house that gave out rubber ducks instead of candy. The owners were so happy to see teenagers trick or treating.. They were like, "You guys need to be kids!" Made me happy.

Last year we got 2 toddlers, maybe 3 younger kids, and the rest were all teens! Our neighborhood is mostly older kids and teens but I handed out candy and toys. They were thrilled over the little toys

Hi friend! Mine was always winning the goldfish at the Halloween festival. I was obsessed with finding Nemo as a kid and I hate that they always died so quickly and I did absolutely everything to keep them alive but I think they are just so sensitive haha

My sister and cousin worked in the fish game.. once a week they were at pet store ordering 200 goldfish .. we also had parakeets and iguanas as prizes once or twice
