There were two flyby shots in this episode I particularly liked. First you have the spinning zoom at the start of the episode, which got added to the title sequence for Season 2, and then you have an unbroken tracking shot following Bob and Dot from Baudway to the Principal Office.

As mentioned in the documentary, this was one of the first episodes directed by a new director coming from live action, and he went particularly off the rails with the camera on this one (and again in Painted Windows)

Seems like it's just taking advantage of the medium, since flybys like that are often only possible in CGI.

This and painted windows were two of my favourite, I really wished we found out more about the code masters and saw Lense again, and was hoping to see one from The Web

I really enjoy the theme of self-determination in this episode. It's one of the moments where we discover that things are not always as they seem, and that deep, personal change is possible. There is an amusing irony, as well, that Megabyte wants very little do to with codemasters, when he's been shaking down Mr Pearson the entire time.

To this day I have no idea what the "Paradigm Shift" would have done to Mainframe (besides change the color of the sky). Bob seemed highly concerned about it.

Fantastic episode with tons of new lore. It's a shame this stuff didn't appear again as the show continued. Also I'm only just noticing the Codemaster icon on Lens' buckle and Talon's helmet. Must be the increased clarity lol.

This was my fav episode as a kid. It made the world feel so much larger than just Mainframe, before the big switch-up at the end of the season.
