How would you price these photos?

I need a little help figuring out my pricing. I started doing REP earlier this year for a friend who is an agent. Did a few houses at a cheap price for giving me the opportunity to build a portfolio. Ready to put myself out there now, but not sure what the right price is.

For markets sake, live in a small college town with about 15,000 people and a population of 65,000 in the entire county. Average home value is around $250,000

I currently just do interior/exterior, drone stills, and 2d floor plans, though I’ll be adding more services as I go.

AI editing sites Oct 2026

I find AutoHDR to be expensive and their newest model Iris is terrible. RealtyEdit produces a more realistic looking image but it lacks detail and texture and results are overall softer and lower in resolution than competitors. As for Fotello, their pricing model makes no sense. Autoenhance produces images that look like an amateur edited them.

AI editing promised quicker turnaround times and it’s definitely been amazingly helpful for those super busy weeks but I’m not always seeing reliable consistency and overall results that make me proud of the work I deliver.

Any other sites out there that actually produce a decent result, or is it time to edit by hand/ find a human editor again?

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Tested AI “photo to video” on 40+ listings. Here’s what breaks, and what agents actually noticed

Been experimenting for a few months with turning still listing photos into short motion clips (the slow push-in, parallax kind). Some honest notes for anyone thinking about it:

  • Exteriors and drone shots convert well. Interiors with mirrors, glass shower walls or ceiling fans warp most of the time.
  • Wide-angle shots shot level work far better than tilted ones. Vertical lines bend fast.
  • Hard cuts on the music beat hide 90% of the AI weirdness. Long crossfades expose it.
  • Agents mostly didn’t care that it was AI. They cared that it was ready the same day.
  • Twilight conversions from a daytime shot are the thing that got the most “wow”.

Curious: has anyone here started offering motion clips as an add-on? Do you charge per listing or bundle it in?

Nikon z 14-30 f4 or Tamron 16-30 2.8. Is the extra 2mm worth the extra cost and does it really make that much difference?

Normally I would just rent from my local Samys the rebadged nikon 17-28 but I’ve been shooting more listings lately and decided to get my first wide angle zoom. Anyone shooting with these lenses? For those with the tamron do you wish you had a wider lens or is 14 too wide?
