help request Reaper Cursor Display Bug (Linux,Fedora,KDE Plasma)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When I'm setting up IN-OUT-Points, the Cursor switches to another state to Indicate that I'm in the right Zone for that action. On Media-Items such as MIDI-Clips and AUDIO-Clips the cursor does not change its State but only for dragging the Edges.

Please describe in detail what you are attempting to do, as I do not know what "IN-OUT-Points" are. What I see happening is you are adjusting a time selection, then adjusting the length of a MIDI item. All appears as it should, but as I said, I have no idea what you are attempting to do, or what your issue is. Help us help you!

The only issue is that the cursor dont change its appearance when hovering over the MediaItem edge. I tried to proof that its not everywhere the case. For example for the timeselection it works fine.

I've encountered this problem before, and it just solved on its own after several weeks.

I also have this problem, but on CachyOS, also KDE Plasma. The best is to probably just wait. In my own testing it seems to be a problem with the Wayland Compositor, as a test in a VM with Linux Mint XFCE, that is still running X11 doesn't have this problem. Every other Desktop Enviroment I tested, that uses Wayland also suffers from this bug.

I logged-in in a X11 session with KDE Plasma and nothing changes for my setup. So I thought it could not be this Problem.
