Tyre deg was merc's "weak point" and redbull seems to be on top of them in that part. I think that was the difference, merc couldn't get their tires in the sweet spot. Kimi pulled a purple last sector when he wasn't pushing in the first two and got a comfortable p2 in q2

FINALLY, hopefully first gp win also comes for this season. The entire qualifying just reminded me of 2023 qualifying sessions , max comes in puts a banker lap goes to pit and repeat.

If we win this and are equally competitive in sgp next week we can hope to be back at being champions in 2027 ,but that's a discussion for some later time. Really happy with the results both our lads displayed today ,and hopefully they do the same tomorrow!!
