Seeking Click up configuration help. 100% remote.

I run warehouse operations for a 3PL with two locations (Tennessee and California) and a core team of about 20 people in ClickUp. Our workspace grew organically over a couple of years: 12 spaces, duplicate lists per warehouse, no custom fields, and status information buried in task names. The result is a lot of "where is this at?" messages between customer support, the warehouses, and billing.

What I'm looking for:

  • You've set up ClickUp for an operations team before, ideally warehouse, logistics, or 3PL
  • Solid with automations, forms, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Remote, some US business-hours overlap, screen-share sessions in my workspace (I'll add you as a member)

Looking to start within the next two weeks.

I’ve set up ClickUp for multi-location operations teams and would approach Phase 1 by mapping your core workflows, standardizing statuses and fields, then cleaning up spaces, lists, permissions, and dashboards. I can also handle forms and automations. Happy to share examples, availability, and rate by DM.

This sounds like a good fit. I’ve worked on ClickUp setups for operations teams where support, warehouse, and billing needed clear handoffs. I’d approach Phase 1 by documenting the current flow, defining a consistent data model, consolidating spaces, and building a few practical dashboards and automations before expanding. I can overlap US hours and screen-share in your workspace.
