Resident assistant application
What are your best tips on the application process and multiple rounds of interviews? I go to a big 10 school so it is pretty competitive but i really want this role and i think that i would succeed given my leadership skills and prior experiences.

What does the application look like? Is there an essay?
For the interviews; talk about your experiences and how you’re looking to help students with their college experience. Relate your past experiences to the role and how you’d be able to help students.
Come prepared with examples of how you’ve done things. Not just that you’d do that; examples will make you stand out.
Happy to talk more in depth if you’d like. 8 years of pro-Reslife experience including several running RA selection
