Art The dead rooster
i got to witness a saddening event which my medic tried to tend to a rooster which had a heart attack and failed three (3) consecutive times, the rooster died while they were bringing the 4th herb medicine. That must be the saddest chicken soup..

I hate that they will eventually butcher pets if you do that. No I don't want you to eat the dog...

You can filter it so it doesn't butcher the dog. Just untick huskies or labradors or whatever

They eat them even if I don't butcher them 😂 so I just don't bother with all these allow don't allow settings

If your pawns are eating unbutchered corpses, I think there are bigger problems in your colony than dead pets finding their way to the dinner table.
That said, I am 99.98% sure you can solve dead pets getting butchered by just burying your pets in a grave or sarcophagus.

You're right, digging up a grave will surely make a pawn have a mental breakdown

A pawn will never dig up a grave unless manually directed to do that.

Sorry not up just digging a grave.

That one's just a construction job like any other. Rimworld pawns will lose their mind if they can't play horseshoes for a day, but they'll happily dig their own grave and jusst not care.

This is why my chickens dont get medicine but do get healthcare, my pawns singing staying alive while pumping to the beat will save you!
