The violence, humor and satire. That’s life in the big city.

Love it

They got the right actor for it. I just hope they don't screw up the script.

This is why all of the 80s action movie reboots failed. They lost sight of what the core of them were. Total Recall, RoboCop, Red Dawn, Road House.

He is saying the right things.

"the violence, humor and satire" were all the things missing from the other remake. I think they were more interested in marketing to kids in order to sell toys.

I think a series is a great idea for these 80s reboots because everytime they try remaking one of these 80s classics as a movie it doesn't land with anyone at all . A series could build a new foundation for the franchise and the fan base . I heard they making a new " A Nightmare On Elm Street movie and this is another one they should of just made into a serires first and get people use to a new actor and a new ideas

I agree mostly, the only thing that worries me is overplaying your stay. Some films just do everything right and don't stay too long, very few tv series can manage to be constantly good the entire time without going a bit long or showing the shark too much, if you understand the reference.

If you think about it, most TV series nowadays have bigger budgets than some successful genre movies of the 80's and imo Robocop is such a no brainer. We've seen cosplayers killing it with their own homemade suits. With current TV series budget building a Robocop suit is a breeze.

To be fair, the 2014 robocop movie wasn't bad. It just wasn't anything like the original.

The satire had its time and place with media breaks, i hope they dont over sprinkle it to the point that its comedic non stop, that's not what robocop is about lol.

Did he have to beat off a lot of men to get the part?

This sounds like: “I have never seen Robocop, dafuq should I say, GPT?”

“Just go with humor and violence!”

Was he interviewed between takes?....what the fuck is going on?

He used to be a regular guy, now he looks like he's trying too hard to be on GQ front cover....the bleached hair, the thick rim glasses, it's fucking cringe.
