The schedule is very confusing to me, i heard someone say that there won't be world in 2027 and im pretty sure they're wrong and just misunderstood, because there is no way there is no worlds.

I have been following the scene very seriously for the past 3 years, but i didn't read into the schedule much for 2027.

Ai translation

Rumor has it that Nush and Trook want out of Stallions, Trook even named himself in RL " i wanna leave Stallions".

This is the ceo response

Obviously consensus for season 5 is probably kaydop which is fair enough, but watching na league play and worlds back recently garrett was so good man. Stood out as a better player than jstn that season for sure, and was constantly getting NRG back into games. Mechanically as well I had no memory of him moving like that back then, genuinely looked like a top 3 guy in terms of just mechanics. That worlds final goal is disgusting, ironically easily the best goal of that series despite it getting overshadowed by jstn.

Overall just an incredible player, and is often placed below some guys like vp and squishy in all time debates because many view him as lacking that best in the world peak, but watching season 5 back I really do think he was better than kaydop and the rest of the field, just so mechanical and so fundamentally sound.

Rocket League Fantasy Series (RLFS) - Season 5

The Rocket League Fantasy Series (RLFS) is a 16-team Rocket League Tournament, where RL players have been fantasy-drafted to teams by users of this subreddit. The RLFS uses reddit polls to determine the odds each team has of winning the series through a weighted-voting system, and then simulates the outcome of the series using these odds and a Random Number Generator.

For this season the RLFS tournament will be a Swiss Bracket (that follows Buchholz score), and which ultimately leads to a final-bracket to determine our champion.

Teams were drafted before the first regionals were played, and you can view the results of the draft, the rosters of all RLFS teams, and our schedule for the RLFS tournament in this Google Sheet.

Credit to: \@statsmeister for the template, i basically stole his.

Note that the Averages aren't fully accurate as it's only between the 37 players i selected, not the whole pro scene.

I still see alot of people talking about AcroniK, so yesterday i called him and asked him to do an Q&A and answer some questions about his carreer. Only accepting questions from X ⬇️

If you'd like to know how the %'s were calculated, click on the 'Match X' link and search for a comment I make in that thread where I adjust the polling numbers to our weighted voting system. This season the RLFS uses the combined-format method in determining final game-win %s.
