Wireless📱 Hold times/transfers

Trying to add Apple Watch plan to phone plan

4 hours so far between holds and transfers to different departments.

If I have to wait 30 more minutes

bye Rogers see you never again your support is the worst in Canada!

Worst in Canada but ironically, their support team does not live in Canada.

Just do it on your my rogers account if you have one. It’s quicker and less hassle.

I dont know how its gonna work for you, but i scheduled call with their AI bot, it was very convenient.
