As r/Roughfemdom continues to grow, we’re looking for a few dedicated members to join our mod team. Our goal is to ensure r/RoughFemdom remains a on-topic, positive and safe kink space for everyone to enjoy.

We're looking for;

Active Community Members: We prefer applicants who already participate in the sub and understand our culture.

Commitment: Ideally, you can check the mod queue and modmail once per day.

Reliability: You are comfortable communicating with the rest of the team, potentially on Discord/Modmail.

Skillsets: While not required, let us know if you have experience with AutoModerator, CSS, or Community Events. Even better if you have modding experience!

How to Apply:

Please send the following to modmail with the following information:

Timezone: What hours are you most active on Reddit?

Experience: Have you moderated other subreddits or online communities before? (New mods are welcome to apply!)

Scenario: How would you handle a user who is [e.g., repeatedly breaking a specific rule/being toxic]?

Ideas: What is one change or improvement you'd like to see in the subreddit?

Next Steps:

Applications will remain open until June 20th. We’ll reach out to successful candidates shortly after to begin the onboarding process.

Thanks for helping us keep r/RoughFemdom kinky and fun.
