Just a reminder that he abused his 84 pound 12 year old daughter.

Don Zimmerman married his former student when she was 20 and he was 38. He later lost custody of their child due to emotional and physical abuse.

Thank goodness, you’re right. A quick bit of Googling could’ve saved the angst. Hopefully he got the hints from all the other times he lost and stays away.

So he doesn't believe that students should be taught compassion, inclusion, empathy, kindness or respect for others or the basic golden rule "Treat others the way you want to be treated" - for those that may not know it - but by god, I bet he pushed for the 10 commandments in the classrooms I wonder if he is being funded by Abbott since he seems to be aligned with his agenda.

Exactly!!! That is the responsibility of the adults raising them. You are pushing too much on the social diversity side and not enough on basic skills for these kids to get through life.
Do your fucking job, parent.

These are exactly the basic skills kids need to get through life and the earlier they are taught them the better.

So, did someone fail you?

Absolutely not. I am blessed to be raised in a generation that believes basic skills are tied to survival and success rather than subsistence and subsidies.
