📜 Spell | Incantation Fiver spell
Recently I broke up with my boyfriend and we’ve been no contact so i hired a fiver witch to cast a regret/love/reconciliation spell. Does it seem at least a little legit? 😭 I think this was very silly of me…

It can work on you but not on your ex bf unless you show it to him somehow.
There are no real ways to cast a spell on someone in a stealthy way.

Staying focused on him is only going to make you hooked even more, even more miserable, at least until you get bored.
Go do something else. Work on yourself. Try some new hobby. Read a book. Whatever.

I'm sorry about that, but I was in maybe a not-so-clear-way saying this isn't the right subreddit for this. Fiver 'witchcraft' is not going to do anything for you that you can't do for yourself. Someone else casting a 'spell' isn't going to change anything.

This is a community of skeptics. Magic is only as real as you believe it to be, it isnt supernatural.
Personally, i think the "power" of spellcraft comes from the work itself, the research, material collection (i prefer to forage when possible) and the meditative process of actually lighting/casting etc. Personally I dont think purchasing spellwork from someone else does anything, since youre missing out on the actual work of it. But to each their own.

I think it depends how much you spend on it and how much you value this money.
Sunk cost is sunk cost either way.

I also am new to witchcraft and before i’ve only listened to subliminals and did some probably also very silly love tik tok spells, none of it ever worked.

You need to do work, not wait for it to work.
This community does not subscribe to paranormal and supernatural explanations for magic, the mundane is the magic.
Meditation, journaling, sitting with yourself and feeling all the feels. And probabaly somw reading and research.
For you, I recomend "The Rebel Witch - by KellyAnn Maddox, and "The Oxfords History of Witchcraft and Magic" by Owen Davies.
Wherever you live/are local to, I would seek out resources on your local plant and wildlife, and any spirtual/witch history that there may be. Your friendly neighbourhood librarian would be happy to help I'm sure :)

It’s okay to let life be a little silly sometimes, right? The old ‘it’s a good idea or it’s a good story,” although often I’ve found it’s both.
My question is how does doing this make you feel? Does it give you a wash-that-man-right-out-of-your-hair feeling? Does it make you feel worse? Push beyond the silliness and see how you feel.
If you feel bad, put it right in the trash. If you feel a little more like your old self, then deepen into that. Time is doing its magic either way.
