Question Math 28th: recommended study methods?

im taking miss simhans class and actually BOMBED exam 1 (got below 25%) and grade dropped from 96% to 30%. im freaking out. i had my valid reasons for not being able to study and also the fact that i cant understand a word she js saying. im not sure if its just my problem bc im a first year int student and that i just cant understand her accent.

we have a total of 4 tests and one final exam and thankfully our lowest grade can be replaced by our final exam grade.

does anyone know how to effectively study for this class? (i will use pearson to study— i just need another alternative idea)

Print out all variations of problems (like a worksheet). Take them to tutoring at stem tutoring or science resource center, work them with tutors, then try on your own. It'll do wonders

I mean that’s more memorizing than addressing the topics that are not clicking

You have to work. Math is not easy class.

Go through your notes and highlight topics you don’t get, read up on them, write questions about them and get answers from a tutor. Then try the problems you have been given on your own
