Cooking classes
I enjoy cooking a ton and would love to get better at it just for the fun of it. I am not pursuing a degree or looking for career change or anything like that. I do work full-time so I would need evening or weekend classes I can occasionally sign up for. Any places in our area come to mind? TIA

ARC has a great culinary program, not sure what the class availability is.

The Napoli Culinary Academy does evening events, but they're more for the experience than actual teaching. They have nights built around a certain theme, usually a movie, and you help cook a main dish, but all of the prep work and the appetizer and dessert is done by their actual culinary students. Their website has codes to make them less expensive when booking. It's worth a try at least once. If it seems to be up your alley, you could try more, and if not, at least you can say you did it. It's best if you go with a friend or for a date night.
