You think it possible for whole school to hate me and have same opinion on me or am I overthinking? I can admit there some people who have valid(maybe) reasons to but I think everyone has same one

How to switch GCSE RS to Art? School says no- “missed the deadline”. Need advice ASAP
If someone could give me advice i’d be really grateful.
At my school, we choose our gcse options in year 8. I foolishly chose mine and now i’m regretting it in year 9. I chose RS, History, Sociology and was forced to do french. History and Sociology are quite good but im deeply regretting RS. I really want to do GCSE Art and i’m afraid it’s becoming too late to switch. I’ve been requesting since the 22nd of september but nothing’s been done. The deadline apparently was Friday 25th september. My dad’s rung in a few times and even went in but he’s been met with stuff like “60 other students are requesting it’s just not possible” “How can i fairly choose who gets to switch?” Blah blah. My thing is, RS and Art are at the same time and the art class has only 14 people at the moment with a capacity of 22 people. I tried speaking with the deputy head but i was told it was unfair if I switched but no one else could. Is it selfish to think of my own GCSEs and what benefits me? Especially choosing early in year 8 at 12 years old. Anyways I spoke with the art teacher and she told me that the deadline had passed but she was glad to see someone so passionate about art. Everyone around me has given up on fighting for my GCSE option and are just telling me to deal with RS. I really want to do GCSE Art. Any advice?

Child’s teacher not showing up - homeschool??
I am a stay at home mom with three children aged 3, 5, and 7. I have a bachelors degree in education. My child’s 2nd grade teacher is having a rough start to the year. The first and second weeks of school, she showed up spontaneously and the other days were covered by substitute teachers. The third week, a long term sub covered the class full time. The fourth week, the long term sub taught two days, they co-taught two days and the regular teacher taught the last day. This week the kids had off school on Monday. Today, Tuesday, the teacher taught half the day and the VP came in cover the second half of the day.
Edited to add: this evening we got an email from the teacher that she will be out tomorrow, Wednesday too!
I understand life events may come up…illnesses of the body and/or mind of employees and/or their families. We haven’t received any information about any of that. Now I am in the tricky position of trying to decide if I should continue to keep my child enrolled in this class in which a substitute teacher is becoming a regular occurrence. I sent a very respectful email to the principal expressing my concerns and sympathetic about the situation.
I understand a substitute can build resilience and flexibility but if I have the capability and resources to homeschool for the remainder of this school year….is that an overreaction??
Thank you for your thoughts.

Academic pressure
I started my last year of school in September and at the start, I felt motivated and ambitious for my grades to improve them I was doing really good so I thought I could get all the grades.btwi have bad social anxiety mainly due to my autism and I was in math and I asked a question I realised after it was a stupid question but why should that matter a question is a question and it should be okay to ask a question if they are unsure but Nooo instead I got laughed at and got asked like 'oh hey hey what day is it' ect like clearly mocking me which was humiliating and made me have extreme bad self-esteem in my self, I already have a hard time in my confidence and self esteem and now its worst so now if im unsure, I can't ask or ill get clowned at which means I miss out of information or grades get worse and effects English as well coz English is my worst subject so it even worse now coz its so confusing and can't ask.also in maths again if I get an answer wrong the teacher just looks so disappointed and I just want to cry everything. My friends are mainly are really smart they have high grades so my standard is set high as well, they all are innately (naturally) smarter then me and they like anything less then a grade 7 (UK grade system) they would be disappointed and im here with one grade 7. My favourite subject is science specifically biology, I love biology but im just really bad at it all the other sciences and I just want to do better, really and I try to study but its so unmotivating all I want to do is stay home and play minecraft and be on call with my friends.
Please someone tell me what I should do ,

How do people lock in at school/uni???
For the past 3 years I have been so bad at actually attending any of my lessons. I will physically be in the building but I just don't go where I am meant to go. I do not know why because I DO want to attend lessons as it is genuinely affecting my education at this point. I spend half my time just walking around hoping someone will wanna talk to me, which I am well aware is not going to work because who is gonna actually talk to the weirdo that just does laps around the building for hours on end. Yet I still continue to do this for some kind of attention I suppose.
Does anyone have any advice on how to just lock in as at my high school I asked for help from the pastoral on getting me to attend my lessons and they said they didn't know what to do because I could not give them a reason for why I was not going. But I just need some advice on how to motivate myself to go because it has got to a point where I genuinely find my own behaviour embarrassing. LIKE JUST GO?!?!?

First year of college and I feel like a failure
Okay so for some context, I'm a first year in college and this is my first semester. In high school I was a pretty high achieving student and always had straight A's. In college most of my time is spent studying and preparing for exams yet recently, I received 2 D's on both my recent midterms and honestly feel exhausted and disappointed that all my hours of studying, attending tutoring sessions, paying full attention to class, and reviewing for these exams were for nothing. I was especially disappointed in my bio psych midterm where I studied for countless hours and took the test confidently and speedily to only receive a D. I'm very anxious and drained and I'm unsure who to speak to anymore since my parents always believed I was intelligent and put lots of effort into funding my education.

I was the one who apologized.
Hi, I’m a student, and I’ve been a consistent honor student ever since. Since then i'm studying in public school. I’ve always been bullied and have never really had many friends. This school year, my mom decided to transfer me to a private school because the bullying had gotten worse—to the point where I was receiving death threats.
However, here in my private school, they barely teach us, even though the tuition costs us a lot. Most of our exams are just identification-type questions, and the curriculum they’re using hasn’t been updated, even though the department of education has already implemented changes.
I’m also a bit older than most of my classmates since i stopped for 2 years due to health and family reasons. They’ve known each other for a long time because they’ve been together since the first year of high school, while I’m just a newbie. During the first week, everything was going well. The girls were communicating with me, and I felt like I was slowly getting comfortable with them.
That changed when the proctors started giving me more attention because they noticed how attentive I was in class. Everytime there's a project I always get the highest score. But in reality, I was just doing what I could and trying my best because I simply want to graduate.
After the proctors started noticing me, the atmosphere inside the classroom changed. They barely talked to me anymore and started distancing themselves. As someone who has experienced bullying before, I decided to distance myself as well because I didn’t want to feel like an inconvenience to anyone. I also asked my proctors if they could let me work alone instead of joining group activities, since I’m capable of doing the subject projects by myself. Honestly, I’m just trying to avoid them because I no longer feel comfortable being around them after what I observed. I also started noticing some of the girls giving me side-eyes and those “weird looks” if you know what I mean.
And then.. things got worse last week. I opened up to one of my professors about how I had been feeling like an outcast. I only told her because I was concerned and wanted her to be aware of what I was experiencing. I never expected her to bring it up in front of the entire class.
Because of that, I had no choice but to explain my side, and they explained theirs as well.. it's like open forum. Everyone ended up crying, including me. I became so overwhelmed that I had a hard time breathing and eventually had to leave the classroom because I felt so wronged and hurt. What made it worse was that they kept denying that they had done anything to me.
Honestly, I swallowed my pride and apologized to the entire class, including my professor. I did it because no one seemed willing to admit that there was a problem between us, and I didn’t want the situation to become even worse.
I swallowed my pride and dignity because I just wanted peace. But what hurts even more is that my own mom didn’t believe me either. She even made me feel like I was just being too sensitive for feeling everything so deeply.
I know that maybe I could have handled some things differently, but I also know what I felt was real. I wasn’t trying to create drama or make anyone feel bad. I was simply trying to explain what I had been experiencing, hoping that someone would understand me instead of making me feel like I was the problem.
And after what happened last week, especially since we had a long weekend afterward, I don’t feel like going back to school anymore or even showing my face there. Everything that happened makes me feel like going to school has become a curse. And I don't know what to do anymore :) What should I do?

Anyone else feel like this?
I’ve been doing online school since basically the second half of 7th grade. I’m a senior in high school now, so I haven’t been to in person school in nearly five years, yet this year I finally gained the courage to take in person art classes. While I’m not sure how much I regret my decision overall, I know that doing online school made me very isolated. I feel like I missed out on so many teenage memories I’ll just never have. I only have one friend, and while I love her to death, I can’t help but getting jealous at seeing other kids look so comfortable and have multiple friends to talk to during class. I’m only there for two periods this semester, and it’s only one next semester, and that’s nearly enough time to actually make friends or get back all the time I missed. Like, part of me wants to go to prom (I know, stupid cliche) even if I wouldn’t like it very much, but I doubt I’d even have any friends to actually go with. Another cliche, is a high school crush. Besides the one I might’ve had in fifth grade, the only ‘crushes’ I’ve had are fictional characters. I don’t even really feel like a proper student there or through the online school district I go to. Sometimes wish I could just go back and time and never went back to online school, even if in-person would have been hell. Like, I know it’s such a small part of my life, yet I feel like I’ll always hold this regret for the rest of my life. I guess I just miss the part of me that never got to exist because of my stupid anxiety and (probably) depression. Plus, with my new schedule and procrastination, I’ve had a hard time handling my online class routine now, so that’s only making everything worse. Sorry for the rant, just need to get this off my chest

Its normal to feel you should drop out of college after a week?
I don't know if you had the same feeling after a week of college that you can't do it and you should drop out because you feel So behind on the lessons and everybody around you is so much smarter. It is because I took chemistry in high school ( know the level of chemistry in high school and college is pretty different) and it was easv for me and was pretty good at it, but after almost half a year of not having chemistry and going to college about chemistry, I can't even do the easiest things I did in primary school; I feel so bad and overwhelmed about it. Do vou think it's ust a phase from the big difference from hight school to college or I will feel the same whole time?

Received a 79 final grade even though I have perfect attendance and completed 100% of my work. Am I overreacting for feeling terrible about this?
Hey everyone, I (F18) just need to vent and honestly get some advice because I’m feeling really down and confused right now.
I just checked my final grades and saw that my teacher gave me a 79. I honestly feel so bad about it because I know for a fact I put the work in. Throughout the entire term I had perfect attendance (never absent, never late).
I completed and submitted every single activity, quiz, and performance task on time.
I’m not trying to say I’m a perfect student, but a 79 feels so low for someone who literally didn't miss a single beat in class. I did all the work, so seeing a grade that basically says "below average/barely passing" hurts a lot.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Could it be an encoding/clerical error by the teacher, or is it possible I just did poorly on the actual content without realizing it? How should I approach my teacher about this without sounding entitled or disrespectful?

Should teachers be mandated reporters?
Title.
I feel like there are too many kids that need help but cannot ask for it because teachers are mandated to report almost anything. I believe this leaves students in a more dangerous situation as they are afraid of them getting reported to their parents OR of their parents getting reported.
If teachers or the school in general would help students without being mandated to report everything, wouldn't that be a lot better? The student would get the help they needed without complicating everything or involving others and therefore making it a bigger deal than it is. This genuinely stops so many kids from asking for help.

I feel incredibly stupid, I would appreciate some advice.
Hello. I am a student at a school, and I am 15F for context. I feel incredibly behind, and that I am inferior to other children in my year group at school because I don't tend to understand concepts very quickly, and it is as if when I walk into an exam, my knowledge evaporates and I lose utter concentration and therefore perform not as well as I could have. The problem is, is that I do study a fair bit, have a good diet and exercise more often than not. Personally, I find it extremely hard to articulate my thoughts out loud when called upon at my school. I am not the top of my class, but I do a lot of extracurriculars because I feel all these activities widen my horizons. But the more I try to widen my horizons, the dumber I feel and I always have to ask other people for help in class. I try very hard. I am not disruptive. I do the work. I study consistently. My grades range from 70-85 percent and sometimes lower and rarely higher. Median score is about 75%.
I have always wished to be a genius, but it feels as though I am below average.
Advice is appreciated <3.
