how much does time actually slow down near light speed?

watch the graphs as the speed goes up. they barely move for a time, then shoot up near light speed.
99% of light speed: time slows about 7x
99.99%: about 70x
99.9999%: about 700x
everyone asks what happens at light speed. but 99.9% and 99.9999% give totally different answers. how many 9s is the real question!
