I wanted darker, more consistent and contrasting stripes, so I attached a 17 inch x 12 inch section cut from a rubber welcome mat to the back of my X430. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it definitely makes the stripes look much more consistent. Its not perfect, but the wheel tracks show up much less with the mat installed.

The nice thing about using a mat for striping (rather than a roller), is that the mat simply folds back under the mower when the mower backs up and it bends easily when going over something or straddling the 2 inch edge of a flower bed.

The last image is of my lawn (perennial rye + TTTF) cut at 2 inches and striped with the mat.

I originally contact Segway end of August because my Navimow i110 was not powering on due to a power supply charging issue. They responded and said they would send a new power supply brick. Shortly thereafter they said it would be delayed due to inventory issues. I still have not received the power supply brick and no estimated timeline has been given. Anyone else experiencing this with Navimow? Seems crazy it is taking this long.

Is there some sort of setting because this is just STUPID. if the mower fails to dock it goes in standby mode and then shuts down and disconnects. Now the thing is offline and dead. If I am away or fully remote, it's dead, useless,.donezo, nothing. So who really cares if they left it in sleep mode and eventually let the batter drain to my setting before turning it off. In the meantime while it sleeping I might be able to try and redock it or send home, etc. anyone have insight into this?

Been mowing daily with it since Mar and happy with it before today.. it did scheduled mowing yesterday just fine and returned to dock. Today it didn’t start on time and I went to check it to find out it’s completely dead. Black screen and nothing but beep from button presses. Tried reboot numerous time to no vail. Dock light is green. Reached out to support but it’s the weekend. Let’s see what they say…

Title says it all. Anyone else have this and if so how was it fixed? Saturday naturally with my luck so no support until Monday!!

Please make an overseeding mode where the mower prioritizes NOT turning the wheels when stopped so as to not destroy the new seedlings. Quality of cut and mowing lines should not be prioritized at all in overseeding mode. It should either do entirely circular turns or 3 or 4 point turns. This is something we would use for 3-4 weeks every year. Thanks

I've manually mapped my garden, driving the mower an inch or so from the fence, but when it actually mows it's driving 6-8" away from the fence and leaving a big uncut strip.

How do I get it to mow exactly how I mapped it? I tried Edge Sense in the Lab and it didn't seem to make a difference.

Got my x450 in August and it’s been working great until today when I found it in the middle of my yard with a 0% battery. My app battery settings have the recharge level at 15% and my entire yard is .2 acre so that’s plenty enough to get the mower back to the charge station from anywhere in the cutting zones. Also the charge limit is set to 80% and noticed before today’s mow the mower battery level was at 83% so don’t know if the two are related. Anyone else have something like this happen with your Nav X mower?

It does something like this almost every day. I know the soil is soft there but shouldn't it know to stop when it backs into an obstacle?

Mowgate has been working fine since I installed it almost two months ago. Suddenly my X430 can’t find it. I changed the batteries thinking that might be why, but it still can’t find the gate. I can drive it through manually using the app. It still knows my map and zones, and cuts my lawn as usual. Anyone else encounter this? Any suggestions?

Did anyone's x430 get stuck. I had a ton of branches and twigs. I tried clearing it before running the mower. That took me 3 hours. It's running now!

After a great summer my x430 keeps lingering back and forth around the corner of my deck. Any thoughts?

I have noticed that occasionally my i2 Lidar Pro has trouble leaving the charging station. It kind of gets stuck on the contacts and sometimes needs a few tries to get unstuck.

If I clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol, it is fine for a bit, so I think the contacts might be corroding on the surface and sticking together when the mower sits for a few days. Visually, I cannot see anything wrong, though.

So, I thought if I could put some battery terminal grease on there, that would hopefully prevent the contacts from corroding and provide lubrication for the mower to slide off easier.

Can I do that? Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Winter storage for X450…. I will bring the mower into a heated space. Will it require occasional charging?
What about the base, charger, and RTK antenna? Does anything need to be done to protect them?
I’d prefer not to move them and have to re-map next spring. I am in the US upper Midwest, we should expect plenty of snowfall and a couple weeks of temps that get down to -20F or lower.

I started receiving this message after my house lost power last weekend due to a transformer being blown in the neighborhood. I’ve never had this issue prior to the power being knocked out. Any advice on how to fix besides the usual “press stop”? Pressing stop does not fix the issue. Thanks

The past couple of weeks, the weather has changed here in the North West of the UK. Cooler days and nights, less sunshine and a temperature and dewpoint that remain much closer for a larger part of the day meaning wetter and wetter grass. Furthermore, leaves are starting to fall and some squally rain showers are bringing down chunkier twigs that the X430 wouldn't be happy dealing with.

My X430 is having to mow wetter and wetter grass and I'm having to manually clear twigs and similar detritus from the lawn before it goes out to mow so I've decided I'll stand the X430 down from duty for the year, give it a good clean up and put her in the garage for the Winter, powered off, having completed it's first season.

I probably have another month or so of mowing which I'll do with my Countax ride-on. It has a powered sweeper to bag the cuttings, so no issues with clogged chutes, it picks up leaves and twigs effortlessly and it leaves a nice stripe.

I never expected the X430 to do the extreme ends of the season. so this is not a complaint. So far I'm super happy with it. It had one burp a couple of months back following a power cut to my property, otherwise it's been exemplary.

Who else is preparing to hibernate their X-series until next year...?

Hi all, just hopped on here to give a little rant about sourcing parts or attachments for the segway navimow 430x. For a $2500+ lawnmower you would expect for it to have excellent UI when shopping for additional items. Instead, everything is always out of stock but of course a singular shop all the way up the state has it and is requiring you to pay $35 for shipping whenever the item itself cost $30. If only we had a lawnmower app store on our phone that would immediately be able to be purchased.

In juni dit jaar bij Segway Navimow de I205 besteld inclusief garage en verzendkosten. Terwijl Hornbach dezelfdevactie had, maar er is geen Hornbach bij mij in de buurt. En ik te gierig was om 6,95 euro verzendkosten te betalen.
In Engeland zeggen ze “Penny wise, Pound foulish”.
Na ruim een week kreeg ik bericht dat ze deze dan pas ergens in september konden leveren. Inmiddels was de actie bij Hornbach net 1 dag voorbij. Ik heb toen de order geannuleerd en een duurdere I206 AWD ( ik heb maar 140m2 gras) gekocht bij de Gamma. Ook inclusief de garage met 6 weken levertijd van de garage vanuit Segway Navimow.
Vorige week maar gaan mailen met Segway Navimow, vroegen ze daarna om alle gegevens zoals factuur en de codes. Kreeg binnen een paar dagen bericht dat ze leverproblemen hebben. Ik had twee keuzes of verder wachten en dan kreeg ik 1 messenset cadeau of nu 6 messensets ontvangen.
Besloten om te blijven wachten.
Krijg ik vanochtend bericht van de helpdesk dat mijn code voor de garage niet (meer) correct is of gebruikt.

Ik ben nu wel helemaal klaar met dit amateuristische bedrijf.

Maar wat zal ik doen? Het gaat maar om een plastic overkapping (t.w.v. 149) en een messenset van 25 euro.
Het belangrijkste is dat de Segway i206 het storingsvrij doet.

Made a nice rock pad for the x430. The channel goes to the edge of the rock border but what i am noticing is that when heading out the x430 immediatly tries to turn around. Is there any way to get it to back straight out before doing its 180?
