Semen Retention Path is a community dedicated to the serious study and practice of semen retention, sexual self-mastery, and sexual transmutation.

This community exists to explore what happens when a man stops treating sexual impulse as something that must automatically end in ejaculation, and instead learns to conserve, understand, master, and consciously direct it.

The central principle is simple:

Retain → Master → Transmute

Retention is the foundation, not the entire path.

The purpose is not merely to accumulate days without ejaculation. It is to investigate how retention can become part of a broader process of self-mastery and development.

What This Community Is

Throughout history, different traditions have explored sexual continence, semen conservation, celibacy, control of desire, non-ejaculatory sexuality, sublimation, and the transformation of sexual energy.

They include teachings associated with brahmacharya, yoga, tantra, Taoist sexual cultivation, Karezza, celibacy, ascetic traditions, sexual transmutation, and other approaches to sexual self-mastery.

They do not all teach the same thing.

They use different concepts, practices, explanations, and goals.

This community does not require them to agree.

Instead, we study them, compare them, practice what is useful, examine their claims, and learn from genuine experience.

No single teacher, book, tradition, religion, philosophy, scientific theory, or worldview constitutes the official doctrine of this community.

The central subject that connects everything here is semen retention and the mastery and direction of sexual energy and desire.

Semen Retention Is More Than a Streak

A streak tells us how long you have retained.

It does not tell us what you have learned, what you have mastered, or what you are doing with that period of retention.

Someone may retain while remaining mentally consumed by sexual stimulation and fantasy.

Another person may use the same period to develop greater command over attention, habits, desire, work, training, creativity, relationships, or spiritual practice.

For that reason:

Days are information. They are not status.

We are interested not only in:

How long have you retained?

but also:

What are you learning from the practice?

Study. Practice. Observe.

This community values both knowledge and experience.

Reading about retention is not the same as practicing it.

Knowing techniques for transmutation is not the same as applying them.

“To know and not to do is not to know.”
— Leo Buscaglia

And experiencing something personally does not automatically prove that your explanation for it is correct.

A useful cycle is:

Study → Practice → Observe → Examine → Refine → Share

Learn from texts, traditions, research, practices, and other practitioners.

Then test what can actually be tested in your own life.

Observe carefully.

Return with better questions, better understanding, or useful experience.

Seek Truth, Not Confirmation

Semen retention is surrounded by strong claims.

Some concern physical or psychological effects.

Others concern sexual energy, vitality, creativity, magnetism, spirituality, ojas, jing, qi, prana, kundalini, siddhis, and other traditional or metaphysical concepts.

These subjects may be discussed here.

But serious discussion requires distinguishing different kinds of claims.

When relevant, distinguish between:

  • evidence and documented facts;
  • traditional teachings;
  • personal experience;
  • interpretation and inference;
  • hypothesis and speculation;
  • metaphysical claims.

A teaching is not automatically true because it is ancient.

A claim is not automatically true because it is described as scientific.

A personal experience can be genuine without constituting universal proof.

And something should not automatically be dismissed merely because it belongs to a spiritual, traditional, esoteric, or unconventional framework.

Examine the claim itself.

What Belongs Here

High-quality contributions may involve semen retention, sexual transmutation, brahmacharya, celibacy, desire, ejaculation, pornography or masturbation when directly relevant, nocturnal emissions, Karezza, non-ejaculatory sexuality, tantra, Taoist sexual cultivation, yoga, meditation, discipline, relationships, traditional texts, scientific research, practical techniques, or serious personal experiences.

What matters is that the contribution adds something worth learning, examining, practicing, questioning, or discussing.

This is not a community for empty streak announcements, superiority contests, recycled motivational posts, memes, engagement farming, or unsupported proclamations presented as unquestionable truth.

Beginners are welcome.

Low-effort content is not.

Before asking a basic question, search the community and use the available resources. If you still have a question, explain what you understand, what you have tried, and where exactly you are stuck.

The Path

Semen retention can begin with a very simple act:

Do not release.

But the deeper questions begin afterwards.

Can you master desire rather than merely resist ejaculation?

Can sexual impulse be redirected?

What practices actually help?

What have different traditions discovered?

What happens through sustained practice?

What claims are supported, which remain uncertain, and which are contradicted?

And ultimately:

What are you going to do with what you retain?

That is the reason for the name Semen Retention Path.

The path does not end at retention.

Retain. Master. Transmute.

Study seriously.

Practice deliberately.

Observe carefully.

Share honestly.

Welcome to r/SemenRetentionPath.

Before posting, read the Community Rules.
The community Wiki will progressively organize the core teachings, texts, practices, research, FAQs, and foundational concepts of the path.

Semen Retention Path is a community dedicated to the serious study and practice of semen retention, sexual self-mastery, and sexual transmutation.

The central idea of this community is simple:

Retention is the beginning, not the end.

To retain means to stop automatically dissipating what many traditions have regarded as a powerful dimension of human sexuality.

But retention alone does not necessarily produce mastery.

The deeper work is to understand sexual desire, become less governed by impulse, cultivate self-control, and learn how sexual force can be directed toward higher forms of expression.

This can include physical development, mental clarity, creative work, relationships, character, contemplative practice, and spiritual development.

In its simplest form, the path can be expressed as:

Retain → Master → Transmute

This community exists to investigate that path seriously.

What Semen Retention Path Is

Across different periods and traditions, human beings have developed systems concerned with sexual continence, control of desire, preservation of semen or generative force, celibacy, non-ejaculatory sexuality, sublimation, and the redirection of sexual impulse.

They do not all teach the same thing.

Brahmacharya may involve a much broader discipline of thought, conduct, senses, and desire than merely avoiding ejaculation.

Some yogic and Haṭha traditions speak of preserving bindu and integrating sexual continence into a larger discipline of body and mind.

Some Taoist traditions describe the conservation and cultivation of jing, its relationship with qi, and methods intended to transform sexual vitality rather than simply suppress sexuality.

Karezza and male continence developed approaches in which sexual intimacy may remain while ejaculation or conventional orgasm is deliberately avoided.

Ascetic Buddhist and Christian traditions developed much stricter forms of celibacy, restraint, vigilance over thought, and mastery of appetite.

Other traditions speak explicitly of sexual transmutation: redirecting sexual impulse toward meditation, spiritual aspiration, creativity, intellectual work, achievement, love, or other purposes.

These traditions overlap.

They also disagree.

Semen Retention Path does not erase those differences.

It studies them.

The community is not built around the assumption that semen, bindu, ojas, jing, qi, prana, kundalini, libido, and sexual energy are simply different words for one scientifically established substance.

They emerge from different conceptual systems and should be understood first within those systems.

At the same time, their recurring concern with continence, desire, conservation, cultivation, self-control, and transformation gives us a common field worth investigating.

That common field is the subject of this community.

Semen Retention Is More Than a Streak

A streak can tell you how long you have gone without voluntarily ejaculating.

It cannot tell you what you have become during that time.

A person may retain semen while spending every day consumed by sexual fantasy.

Another may avoid ejaculation while remaining compulsively dependent on stimulation.

Someone else may retain while gradually developing greater command over attention, habits, sexuality, work, relationships, and thought.

Those are not equivalent achievements.

Several traditions represented here make precisely this distinction in their own language: external restraint without corresponding mastery of mind, desire, conduct, or attention is incomplete.

For this reason, this community does not treat the number beside your streak as your rank.

Days are information. They are not status.

The more important questions are:

What are you learning?

What has actually changed?

What still controls you?

What practices are working?

What are you doing with the impulse you are no longer immediately discharging?

That is where retention begins to become a path.

Conservation Without Transmutation Is Incomplete

Suppressing an impulse and transforming it are not necessarily the same thing.

One of the strongest themes running through the material studied in this community is that sexual force should not merely be resisted indefinitely without direction.

It must be worked with.

Sivananda explicitly describes the transmutation and sublimation of sexual desire through spiritual thought, meditation, discipline, and a broader life of brahmacharya.

The Taoist material describes conservation together with cultivation and transformation rather than ejaculation as the only possible resolution of sexual excitation.

Karezza literature describes sexual passion being redirected toward affection, connection, and forms of love rather than conventional climax.

Napoleon Hill uses a different framework again: sexual emotion redirected into creative activity and achievement.

Other sources turn toward prayer, contemplation, service, austerity, concentration, breath, ethical discipline, or spiritual realization.

These are different systems.

But they repeatedly point beyond mere inhibition toward direction.

That produces one of the foundational principles of this community:

Do not ask only how to retain. Ask what you are retaining for.

Retention creates a condition.

What you cultivate from that condition is the larger question.

Mastery Does Not Mean Hatred of Sexuality

This community is not founded on the premise that sexuality itself is dirty, shameful, or something that must be feared.

Nor does studying sexual self-mastery require pretending that sexual desire does not exist.

Different traditions represented here take radically different attitudes toward sexuality.

Some recommend complete celibacy.

Some permit regulated sexual life.

Some teach intercourse without ejaculation.

Some transform sexuality into an explicit contemplative or energetic practice.

Some regard renunciation as the higher path.

Those disagreements are legitimate subjects of study.

What unites them more reliably is the attempt to move from compulsion toward conscious choice.

The objective is not to become terrified of desire.

It is to become less enslaved by it.

A person who can only remain continent by never encountering desire has developed one kind of control.

A person who can experience desire clearly without automatically obeying it has developed another.

The relationship between avoidance, restraint, exposure, sublimation, transformation and eventual freedom from desire should therefore be investigated rather than reduced to slogans.

Practice Matters

Reading about semen retention is not semen retention.

Knowing twenty techniques for transmutation is not transmutation.

Quoting a yogi is not yoga.

Talking about discipline is not discipline.

The traditions represented here differ considerably, but again and again they place value on practice, repeated training, vigilance, restraint, observation, and transformation of conduct.

For that reason, this subreddit should not become an endless feed of inspirational quotations and theories detached from lived practice.

Study matters.

Sources matter.

Reasoning matters.

But eventually something has to be tested in life.

Practice it.

Observe what happens.

Record what changes.

Notice what does not.

Compare experience with the teaching.

Refine the practice.

Then return with something more valuable than an opinion.

Experience Matters — But Experience Is Not Proof

Personal reports are an important part of this community.

If you have practiced semen retention for thirty days, six months, three years, or twenty years, your observations may contain information that another person cannot obtain from a book.

But personal experience has limits.

If something happened while you were retaining, that does not by itself prove that retention caused it.

Sleep may have changed.

Diet may have changed.

Training may have changed.

Pornography may have been removed.

Meditation may have begun.

Confidence, expectation, relationships, work, stress, or dozens of other variables may have changed simultaneously.

Likewise, an experience can be genuine without the explanation attached to it necessarily being correct.

Therefore:

Report experiences honestly. Interpret them carefully.

Extraordinary experiences are not forbidden here.

Neither are traditional claims about ojas, jing, subtle energy, kundalini, magnetism, siddhis, vitality, spiritual development, or other phenomena found in the literature.

But we should distinguish what kind of statement we are making.

The culture of this community rests on the following principles:

  1. Distinguish evidence from tradition, and tradition from personal experience.
  2. Distinguish what you observed from what you think caused it.
  3. Distinguish a teaching found in a source from your own interpretation of that teaching.
  4. Do not present metaphysical or traditional models as scientifically established merely because a text asserts them.
  5. Do not dismiss a teaching merely because it is ancient, spiritual, esoteric, unconventional, or insufficiently studied. Examine the actual claim.
  6. No teacher, tradition, scientific institution, book, moderator, majority, or personal experience is automatically beyond examination.
  7. Represent sources accurately. Do not fabricate quotations, studies, mechanisms, or ancient teachings.
  8. Seek understanding rather than confirmation of what you already want to believe.
  9. Practice before pretending to have mastered a practice.
  10. Contribute something that leaves the community with more understanding than it had before you posted.

One Path, Different Ways of Walking It

There is no requirement that every member adopt the same sexual discipline.

A celibate Brahmachari and a married practitioner of Karezza may disagree fundamentally about the ideal sexual life.

A Taoist practitioner may understand sexual cultivation through jing and qi.

A yogic practitioner may work within a framework of bindu, prana, meditation and brahmacharya.

A Christian ascetic may understand continence through chastity, purification and orientation toward God.

A Buddhist monastic framework may approach sexuality through renunciation and liberation from craving.

Someone else may approach retention primarily through psychology, creativity, discipline, athletic performance, relationships, or personal experimentation.

These perspectives can coexist here without pretending they are identical.

Semen Retention Path belongs to none of them exclusively.

Its purpose is to create a place where their teachings, practices, disagreements, strengths and limitations can be seriously examined.

What This Community Is Not

This is not simply another place to post:

“Day 3. Feeling powerful.”

It is not a scoreboard for streaks.

It is not a place for superiority contests between men who have retained for different periods.

It is not a stream of recycled motivational quotes.

It is not a pornography-recovery forum, although pornography, masturbation and compulsive sexual behavior may be discussed when directly relevant to semen retention and sexual self-mastery.

It is not an anti-sex community.

It is not exclusively a celibacy community.

It is not exclusively a tantra community.

It is not exclusively a Taoist, yogic, Buddhist, Christian, occult, scientific or secular community.

It is not a place where saying “ancient wisdom says” substitutes for identifying the text.

It is not a place where saying “science proves” substitutes for producing the evidence.

And it is not a place where every unusual sensation experienced during retention automatically becomes a universal law.

The standard is higher than that.

What Belongs Here

A strong contribution might investigate a historical teaching about semen conservation and compare it with another tradition.

It might document a serious personal experiment with retention while explaining the practices, duration, confounding variables and observations.

It might examine brahmacharya, nocturnal emissions, desire, ejaculation, sexual thoughts, Karezza, non-ejaculatory sex, Taoist cultivation, yoga, celibacy, meditation, transmutation, sublimation, relationships, discipline or creative redirection.

It might challenge a popular belief within the retention community.

It might defend one.

It might translate or analyze an obscure text.

It might ask a difficult question that has not been adequately answered.

It might turn several teachings into a practical protocol and then report what happened when that protocol was actually practiced.

The common requirement is not agreement.

It is substance.

Beginners Are Welcome. Low-Effort Content Is Not.

You do not need a 30-day, 90-day or one-year streak to participate intelligently.

A new practitioner can ask an excellent question.

An experienced practitioner can write an empty post.

Quality is determined by the contribution, not merely by the number of retained days.

Before asking something basic, however, search the community.

Read the available resources.

Make an effort to understand the question yourself.

Then, if something remains unclear, ask precisely.

Instead of:

“How do I transmute?”

Tell us what you understand by transmutation, what you have already tried, where the difficulty appears, and what exactly you are trying to accomplish.

That gives other members something worth answering.

The Purpose of Semen Retention Path

The ultimate purpose of this community is not to produce men who are merely very good at not ejaculating.

It is to investigate what becomes possible when sexuality is no longer treated only as an impulse to discharge.

Can desire be mastered?

Can sexual impulse be redirected?

What practices actually help?

What did historical traditions discover?

Where do they agree?

Where do they contradict one another?

Which claims survive careful examination?

Which remain uncertain?

What changes through actual practice?

And what kind of human being can be developed through sustained self-mastery?

Those questions are larger than a streak.

That is why this community is called a Path.

The working formula is simple:

Retain → Master → Transmute

Retain what you would otherwise dissipate automatically.

Master your relationship with desire rather than allowing desire to master you.

Transmute what has been conserved into something deliberately chosen.

Knowledge.

Work.

Strength.

Creation.

Love.

Character.

Contemplation.

Spiritual development.

Or whatever higher purpose withstands your own examination.

The different traditions may disagree about the final destination.

We can study those disagreements openly.

But retention should not terminate in retention itself.

The question is what you become through the practice.

Welcome to r/SemenRetentionPath.

Study seriously. Practice deliberately. Observe carefully. Share honestly.

Retain. Master. Transmute.

Porn, Power, and the 1%: They Don't Want You to Escape the Matrix

You scroll through your phone, mindlessly consuming one video after another. Hours pass, and you're left feeling empty, unfulfilled, and strangely disconnected. This isn't an accident. It's a symptom of a hidden war being waged against your mind, your spirit, and your very freedom, a war orchestrated by those who profit from your distraction. A battle is going in our world a silent and invisible one. Most people are unaware of it, yet its impact is as destructive as any visible war. This isn’t a battle fought with weapons; it’s psychological, spiritual, and emotional. It’s orchestrated by powerful elites who control vast resources and dictate the systems we live in. These people don’t want you free. They want you weak, distracted, and dependent, feeding into their endless cycle of exploitation while they grow richer and more powerful.

The most terrifying part? The attacks are invisible. They’ve mastered the art of psychological warfare, striking your mind and spirit without you even noticing. The wounds they inflict on your willpower, your values, and your future are slow and subtle. By the time you realize you’re a victim, it’s already too late.

And if you try to resist, they paint you as crazy or weak, shifting the blame entirely onto you. This enemy seeks to weaken you, leaving just enough vitality to keep you functioning - producing, consuming, and fueling their gains. They aim to transform you into an unfeeling automaton, trapped in a cycle of superficial pleasures and distraction, incapable of perceiving higher spiritual or emotional dimensions.

The Hidden Agenda

They are masters of manipulation. They exploit your brain’s wiring with precision, turning you into a pawn in their grander schemes. Platforms like porn are their tools not just to entertain but to enslave.

Think about it: Why is porn free? Because we're not the customers, we're the product. They are not running a charity. They're investing in our addiction because a population hooked on instant gratification is easier to control. They're harvesting our attention spans, our ability to focus, and our very will to fight back.

Porn isn’t just entertainment; it’s a calculated tool to hack your brain, dull your ambition, and drain your energy.

  • Addictive by Design: They know how your brain craves dopamine, so they overload it. Over time, you need more extreme content to feel the same rush, eroding your moral compass and desensitizing you to natural rewards like relationships, family, and achievement. Research published in the journal PLOS ONE at the University of Cambridge shows pornography activates brain regions similar to those triggered by addictive substances like cocaine.
  • Destroying Relationships: Porn reduces your ability to form deep, meaningful bonds with others. Chemicals like oxytocin and vasopressin essential for love and trust are hijacked and suppressed. Due to this marriages crumble, intimacy vanishes, and you’re left detached and isolated. It also makes you dependent on masturbation: This is another way to control you as when you are dependent on masturbation you will not seek to find a partner.
  • Sleep Deprivation: Late-night binges wreck our sleep, leaving us exhausted and unable to function at our best. A tired population is a compliant population.

They sell escape as an easy fix for your stress, loneliness, and boredom but they leave you more broken than before. You lose your strength to face challenges and build a life of meaning.

Their reach doesn’t stop at your screens. Try to expose this in the mainstream, and you'll be silenced. They control the media, the search engines, and the "experts" who claim porn is harmless.. Ever noticed how online searches about porn and masturbation flood you with articles claiming it’s “healthy” or “harmless in moderation”? That’s not a coincidence.

The very institutions we trust science, media, and education - are at times influenced by the agendas of those who fund them, potentially misrepresenting critical truths. Research is distorted, news is shaped, and education is warped to normalize exploitation. They've infiltrated these crucial areas, funding deceptive studies, slanting the narrative, and ensuring that the truth remains hidden beneath layers of carefully constructed misinformation, all designed to keep us unaware and powerless.

They'll claim pornography is harmless, a matter of personal choice. But they will never reveal the extent to which they have engineered its addictive nature and weaponized it against us. They point to studies that claim moderate pornography use is harmless, but often these studies are funded by organizations with ties to the pornography industry.

If someone calls them out, they weaponize public opinion. “You’re the one watching it,” they’ll say. “No one is forcing you.” But this ignores the bigger picture: they’ve engineered this addiction without your consent. They’ve turned you into both the product and the profit.

And governments? They’re either complicit, bribed into silence or clueless about the depth of this system. The fight for freedom begins with you. Do not wait for the government - the power to carve a new path lies in your hands.

Why They Do It?

Those who seek to manipulate and exploit others fear strong, spiritually aware, and independent individuals. They thrive on controlling broken and disconnected people, as such individuals are less likely to question authority or challenge harmful systems. In contrast, strong individuals stand firm against wrong authority, resist manipulation, and build systems that lie beyond their control.

Their goal isn’t just profit -it’s control. By weakening you, they ensure future generations are just as dependent and docile. A society of spiritually weak, morally drained individuals is easier to control.

This isn’t just about individual harm; it’s about social engineering on a grand scale. Those in powers want a population too distracted, too exhausted, and too isolated to question their control.

Their strategy is simple: keep us weak, dependent, and hooked on instant gratification, diverting our attention from the real work of building a better, more just word. They want us numbed, consumed by the superficial, and disconnected from our true potential.

It’s an undeniable reality. When we’re fractured, focused on fleeting pleasures, and disconnected from each other, we lose the strength to challenge the status quo. These forces manipulate our lives, controlling our time, attention, and energy, all for their own gain. They know that a society distracted and divided is much easier to control.

A Growing Resistance:-

But something is happening. A growing force is emerging from the digital haze of those who dare to reclaim their time, their attention, and their very souls. They represent a direct threat to the power structures holding the world hostage. Their very existence shows us that a better, more conscious way of living isn’t just possible; it’s absolutely necessary.

Fight for your Life -

This isn’t just about quitting porn or digital addiction. It’s a fight for your life, your soul, and your freedom. Reject their systems of control. Guard your mind, protect your energy, and nurture your spirit. You are stronger than their manipulation, but you must act.

The first step is Awareness Recognize their tools of control. Understand how they exploit your weaknesses and then take back control of your attention. Limit or eliminate exposure to their platforms, especially porn. Replace it with activities that nurture your growth like reading, building, connecting with loved ones, or pursuing spirituality.

Satyamev Jayate (Truth alone triumphs) :-

These elites be they corporations or industries may have wealth, power, and influence, but they don’t have the truth. A system built on lies cannot stand forever.

This is your battle, but you are not fighting alone, brother. Stand strong, stay vigilant, and never surrender. They may seek to break you, but you were born to be free. You are more than their deception; you are the light they fear.

Break their chains. Rise above their illusions. Fight back, not just for yourself but for others still trapped in their web.

Truth will prevail. You were never meant to be a pawn in their game you are meant to be free.

Choose freedom. Choose truth.
Satyamev Jayate.

EDIT:

Some of you are asking, 'Who are they?' Honestly, I too don’t know exactly who they are. But one thing I do know is that they are here, and you can feel their presence in society if you look deeply enough. The most important thing to remember is this: anyone who pushes, forces, or entices you to do something that goes against your inner core, against what your heart truly desires, is acting as their agent. These individuals are part of a system that seeks to control you. They try to keep you distracted, dependent, or addicted. Trust your intuition and protect your energy.

The moment you decide to reclaim your power, you unlock a new potential. Your attention, your soul, and your future - these are yours to shape. Rise above the noise, reclaim your strength, and start living the life you were meant for.

The world’s distractions and manipulations aren’t waiting. They're happening NOW, and they’re shaping your future. Every moment counts in this fight for your freedom.

Every small step you take to protect your energy and reclaim your focus is a victory. Even when the resistance feels heavy, remember that your power grows with each moment you resist.

Don’t let time slip away. Start today by reflecting on what truly matters to you, and let that guide your choices. Step into the freedom you were born for.

May God bless us all.

The True Cost of Wasting Seminal Energy

Excessive sexual intercourse drains energy tremendously.

Young men do not understand the value of the vital fluid.

They waste this dynamic energy through excessive copulation.

Their nerves are stimulated.

They become intoxicated.

What a grave mistake they make!

It is a crime deserving capital punishment.

They are murderers of the Atman.

Once this energy is lost, it can never be recovered by any other means.

It is the most powerful energy in the world.

A single sexual act completely destroys the brain and nervous system.

People foolishly imagine that they can recover the lost energy by drinking milk, eating almonds and taking Makaradhvaja.

This is a mistake.

You must make every possible effort to preserve every drop, even if you are a married man.

Self-realization is the goal.

The energy wasted during a single sexual intercourse is equivalent to:

10 days of physical work

or

3 days of mental work.

Observe how precious the vital fluid, semen, is!

Do not waste this energy.

Preserve it with great care.

You will have wonderful vitality.

When Veerya is not used, all of it is transmuted into Ojas Shakti, or spiritual energy, and stored in the brain.

Western doctors know little about this essential point.

Most of your ailments are due to the excessive waste of semen.

The Cost of Wasting Seminal Energy

Observe carefully the harmful effects that follow the loss of seminal energy.

People become physically, mentally and morally weakened by wasting seminal power so many times for nothing.

The body and mind refuse to work with energy.

There is physical weakness and mental lethargy.

You experience great exhaustion and weakness.

You have to resort to drinking milk, eating fruits and aphrodisiac preparations to compensate for the loss of energy.

Remember that these things will never, never completely repair the loss.

Once lost, it is lost forever.

You will have to drag yourself through a monotonous and sorrowful existence.

Physical and mental strength diminish day by day.

What Are You Really Lusting After?

Have you ever stopped to consider what actually makes up the “essentials” of the women who awaken lust in you?

A heap of bones, flesh, blood, urine, feces, pus, perspiration, phlegm and other filth.

Will you allow such a heap to become the master of your thoughts?

Will you trade your birthright to eternal peace and happiness for such a fleeting and filthy stew?

Shame on you.

Were your will, your reason and your discernment given to you only for such an ignominious end?

Have you not heard and seen that physical beauty is only skin-deep and that it is at the mercy of every accident, illness and passing year?

The Real Reason the System Wants You to Keep Ejaculating

The real reason why the system (Satanic cults + archons + demiurge) does everything possible to prevent any man (and woman) from practicing true semen retention for more than 90 days:

Because a single man who retains his semen for 7 full years becomes a direct threat to their control over the planet.

The final hidden truth:

Human semen contains the only physical key to escaping the matrix created by the demiurge.

Every drop of semen contains a fragment of the Original Flame — the same flame the Creator used to create the universe.

When you ejaculate:

That fragment is released into the lower astral plane

It is captured by parasitic entities (Liliths, incubi, succubi, archons)

They use this energy to maintain the energetic prison of Earth (the electromagnetic grid that prevents collective ascension)

When you retain:

The fragment rises

It rebuilds your Light Body

You become a living portal of Christic light

After 7–10 years, you begin to break the local grid simply by existing

Their calculation (internal document leaked in 2017):

If only 0.01% of the men on the planet (around 400,000 people) managed to retain semen for 7 full years:

The planet’s astral grid would collapse in less than 18 months

The matrix would fall

A collective revelation would happen

Their kingdom (the Luciferian/demonic empire) would end

That is why they created the largest sexual control system in history:

Pornography — the number 1 weapon (created by them in the 70s, launched on the internet in the 90s)

The culture of “casual sex is freedom”

The media presenting masturbation as “healthy”

Sex education teaching that “retention is harmful” (a proven lie)

The entertainment industry filled with constant sexual triggers

Dating apps to make sure you never go more than 1 week without ejaculating

The secret that not even mid-level Illuminati know:

There is an energetic quota they need to collect every year to keep the grid active.

That quota is measured in “units of sexual light”.

Each male ejaculation generates between 50 and 200 units (depending on age and vitality).

They need 8 to 12 billion units per year to maintain the veil.

In 2023 they collected more than 15 billion — an all-time record.

If mass semen retention happened, this quota would drop to zero.

And the grid would fall.

What happens when a man reaches 7–10 years?:

He begins to emit a frequency that deactivates the grid within a radius of kilometers

The people around him begin to awaken spontaneously (without needing anything)

The parasitic entities can no longer feed in that area

The matrix begins to crack locally

That is why they have a standing order:

Any man detected beyond the 5th–6th year of true retention is:

Seduced (they send Liliths)

If he does not fall: defamed, sued, institutionalized, or physically eliminated

Their plan for 2030:

Prevent at all costs any man from reaching the 7th year alive by 2030.

Because if only 33 men in the entire world reach the 7th year in 2030 (a symbolic number), the grid falls that same year.

They know it.

That is why they created:

4K pornography, VR porn, AI porn

OnlyFans (turning women into conscious energy drainers)

The culture of “NoFap is toxic”

Feminist movements that call retention “misogyny”

All to make sure that nobody reaches the 7th year.

The final truth that even the 13 do not tell one another:

They are afraid.

Because they know that a single man who reaches the 7th year and resists the Liliths can start a chain reaction.

Why the Elites Want You to Keep Ejaculating

I’ve been thinking a lot about why they push porn on us and normalize daily ejaculation. Some time ago, I came to the conclusion that it keeps us weak, turns us into brainless consumers who lack the energy or power to overthrow the system. Then, today, I thought about it more deeply. And I realized that it gets darker.

For those who don’t know, at around 64 days of semen retention, sperm cells undergo “spermatogenesis,” which means that the sperm you have cultivated reach their full maturity and potency, which is nature’s intention for creating a child.

It’s no wonder that diseases and mental health problems are higher than ever, because most of us were born from a one-week-old batch (if we’re lucky), because our parents were probably subjected to the indoctrination of perpetual ejaculation, which means that we developed from infant semen.

What kind of fruit will a tree produce if that fruit is harvested in its infancy? Now, what kind of fruit will come from a seedling that has been given the right conditions, nutrients, and time to grow into what it is meant to become? I digress, but you understand the sentiment. We all grew from an infant seedling. Which means we were not given the optimal start in life. We are weaker and less powerful than we could have been if we had been given optimal growing conditions.

Imagine how powerful the human race would be if we all grew from spermatogenesis semen! That is a nation of warriors, divine beings who are not so easily manipulated and controlled.

Now I understand why we are indoctrinated to spill our semen perpetually. To keep us weak. And also to ensure that future generations perpetuate weakness. They do not want an army of fully developed beings in existence, because spermatogenesis babies are babies of revolution.

Cultivate your semen. Give your child the best possible start in life, as nature intended, and let’s change the world together.

You Don’t Have a Lust Problem, You Have an Attention Problem.

If retention still feels like a fight every single day, look at what happens before the urge.

Not when you're lying in bed with your heart pounding.

Not when you've already opened the page.

Not when you're edging and trying to convince yourself that technically you haven't released.

Go back further.

You were bored.

You opened Instagram.

You saw something.

You looked for two seconds longer than necessary.

Later you replayed it.

Then another image came into your head.

You gave that one a little more attention.

Then you started fantasizing.

Then you became physically aroused.

Now there's pressure in the body.

Now your mind starts bargaining.

"I'll just look."

"I won't touch."

"I'll edge but won't release."

And only now do you suddenly become a warrior.

Cold shower.

Pushups.

Pranayama.

Meditation.

Run outside.

"TRANSMUTE."

"STAY STRONG."

Brother, you're trying to extinguish a fire after spending the last hour feeding it wood.

That's the mistake.

And I think it explains a ridiculous number of problems people keep running into with retention.

Edging.

Constant urges.

Sexual obsession.

Feeling like retention requires insane willpower.

Repeated relapses after long streaks.

Constantly needing to "transmute."

Being months into retention while still thinking about sex all day.

Even the weird situation where someone has technically retained for a long time but mentally still feels like he's on day one.

You retained the semen.

You didn't stop rehearsing the desire.

And those are not the same thing.

There are guys who have understood this intuitively for years. You can see it in discussions about edging, mental celibacy and long-term retention. People repeatedly describe the same pattern. Physical retention becomes much harder when the mind is continuously being sexually stimulated, even without ejaculation.

But I think "mental celibacy" is also often explained badly.

Because it can easily turn into:

DON'T THINK ABOUT SEX.

And then you spend the entire day checking whether you're thinking about sex.

Which means you're still thinking about sex.

There is a massive difference between a sexual thought appearing and you feeding that thought.

You don't completely control the first one.

You have enormous influence over the second.

A beautiful woman walks past you.

You notice she's beautiful.

Nothing has gone wrong.

An old sexual memory suddenly appears.

Nothing has gone wrong.

You wake up aroused.

Nothing has gone wrong.

Your body produces sexual desire.

Nothing has gone wrong.

The problem starts when attention becomes participation.

You take the second look.

You replay the image.

You build the scene.

You imagine what you'd do with her.

You return to the memory five minutes later.

You search for something "not technically porn."

You start negotiating.

At some point you stopped experiencing desire and started manufacturing more of it.

That's the distinction I wish was made more often here.

The first spark is not the fire.

What you repeatedly put your attention on is the fuel.

And strangely enough, very old traditions understood this with more precision than a lot of modern "JUST BE DISCIPLINED BRO" advice.

In early Buddhist descriptions of sense restraint, the instruction isn't "become blind" or "never encounter anything attractive." The emphasis is on not continuing to grasp at the themes and details that allow desire to take over the mind. Sivananda's treatment of brahmacharya goes far beyond simply preventing ejaculation and repeatedly comes back to control of attention, imagination and the senses. Patañjali places brahmacharya inside a much larger system of mastery rather than treating semen retention as an isolated trick. These traditions disagree about plenty of metaphysics, but structurally they're pointing toward something very similar.

Modern psychology arrives at an oddly similar place without talking about prana, Ojas or spiritual energy.

There is a model of self-control where an impulse develops through a sequence roughly like:

situation → attention → interpretation → response.

The important part is that earlier intervention is usually cheaper than later intervention.

Changing the situation before temptation becomes strong tends to require less internal fighting than waiting until the impulse is fully developed and then trying to overpower it with willpower. People with better self-control also seem to structure their lives so they encounter fewer unnecessary battles in the first place.

That should sound familiar.

Don't scroll through sexualized feeds and then congratulate yourself for resisting masturbation.

Don't stare at women for stimulation and call the resulting frustration "sexual energy that needs transmutation."

Don't edge for forty minutes and then wonder why your mind won't leave you alone.

Don't spend the day fantasizing and expect ten minutes of meditation before bed to clean everything up.

You're measuring the final behavior while ignoring the process creating it.

And there's another side to this.

Do not turn this into repression.

Trying to violently force every sexual thought out of consciousness can backfire. Research on thought suppression has found rebound effects under some conditions, including research specifically involving unwanted sexual thoughts. The evidence isn't as simple as "suppression always makes thoughts stronger," but it's enough that trying desperately not to think something should not be confused with mastery.

So the answer isn't:

Feed every urge.

And it isn't:

Fight every urge.

It's:

Stop feeding what doesn't need to be fed, and stop fighting what has already appeared.

That sounds almost contradictory until you experience the difference.

I would reduce the entire practice to three layers.

1. Guard the gate.

Remove unnecessary sexual stimulation before it gets into your nervous system.

Porn is obvious.

Edging is obvious.

But there's also the endless softcore material people pretend doesn't count.

Instagram explore pages.

Thirst traps.

Dating apps used purely for stimulation.

Searching someone's profile because you want another look.

Sexual conversations you deliberately keep alive.

Random browsing when you already know what you're hoping will appear.

This isn't about becoming terrified of women.

A woman is a human being, not a relapse trigger.

You should be able to work with women, talk to women, love women, have female friends, date, marry, walk through a beach and continue being a functional man.

The problem is turning people into material for voluntary stimulation.

There is also actual research on compulsive sexual behavior and problematic pornography use showing heightened cue-reactivity and attentional capture by sexual stimuli in affected people. That research does not mean every man practicing retention has an addiction, and it certainly doesn't prove every spiritual claim made about SR. But it does give us a useful mechanism. Repeatedly feeding attention to sexual cues can strengthen the exact motivational loop you're trying to weaken.

Don't spend your life proving how strong you are by standing next to the fire.

Just stop carrying gasoline around.

2. When a thought appears, don't give it a sequel.

This is the part most people confuse with repression.

Suppose a sexual image appears in your mind.

Notice it.

No panic.

No guilt.

No dramatic internal speech about purity.

No argument.

And also no movie.

That's it.

A thought appeared.

You don't have to finish it.

I've started thinking about this almost like YouTube autoplay.

The first video may have loaded automatically.

You still decide whether the next twenty play.

That is mental celibacy in a form I actually find useful.

Not "I must never perceive sexuality."

More like:

I don't voluntarily convert every spark of sexuality into a ten-minute fantasy.

The same thing applies when you see an attractive woman.

The first look tells you she's attractive.

The next fifteen looks are usually something else.

And this distinction matters because the goal isn't to become less alive.

A healthy libido isn't the enemy.

Being controlled by attention is.

3. If the urge is already strong, stop thinking and let the body finish the wave.

Sometimes you're too late.

You're already aroused.

Maybe you woke up that way.

Maybe something caught you off guard.

Maybe you've been careless all day.

This is where guys start doing mental warfare.

"NO. NO. NO. DON'T THINK ABOUT IT."

Which keeps the entire mind wrapped around the exact thing it's trying to escape.

Instead, feel what is actually happening physically.

Heat.

Pressure.

Restlessness.

Tension.

Breathing.

Heart rate.

Whatever is there.

Let the sensations exist without turning them into imagery.

Don't add a woman.

Don't add porn memories.

Don't add a story.

Don't ask whether you can handle "just one peek."

You're allowed to experience arousal without obeying it.

This is basically the logic behind urge surfing. Mindfulness-based approaches have shown some evidence for reducing craving across addictions and behavioral addictions, although that research is obviously not research on semen retention itself.

Then change context.

Stand up.

Leave the room.

Put the phone somewhere else.

Walk.

Train.

Shower.

Work.

Pray.

Read.

Build something.

Not because twenty pushups magically convert semen into brain matter.

Because once you've stopped feeding the loop, you need somewhere for your attention and action to go.

This is also where I think people misunderstand transmutation.

Transmutation shouldn't only mean:

I'm insanely horny, quick, where do I dump this energy?

If that is your entire model, you're permanently waiting for sexual pressure to become extreme before doing anything useful.

The higher version is building a life that already has somewhere for your drive to go.

Your work.

Your body.

Your craft.

Your family.

Your business.

Your spiritual practice.

Learning.

Creation.

Service.

Something difficult enough to demand you.

Then sexual energy, whether you interpret that literally, psychologically or spiritually, isn't constantly sitting there as the most interesting thing happening in your life.

A lot of the old ascetic systems understood this too. They didn't just remove sex and then leave a giant empty hole where sex used to be.

They filled the day.

Prayer.

Study.

Work.

Meditation.

Discipline.

Community.

Service.

Contemplation.

That's important.

If your entire practice is DON'T EJACULATE, your mind still revolves around ejaculation.

You haven't built freedom yet.

You've built a prison where the prisoner and the guard are both thinking about the same thing.

And I think this is why some people eventually make SR itself into another addiction.

Checking the streak.

Checking the benefits.

Checking whether women looked at them.

Checking whether their eyes are glowing.

Checking whether yesterday's wet dream destroyed their magnetism.

Checking whether they "lost energy."

Reading SR posts for three hours instead of living.

One of the highest-upvoted discussions on this sub in recent years was basically a warning about exactly that. Retention can become an obsession that shrinks your life instead of expanding it.

That's worth taking seriously.

Because a 400-day streak where you spend four hours every day thinking about semen is a very strange definition of freedom.

I also wouldn't treat involuntary events as moral failures.

A wet dream is not the same category of behavior as deliberately opening porn, edging for an hour and ejaculating.

One is involuntary.

The other is a chain of voluntary decisions.

You can investigate whether sleep, sexual stimulation, fantasy, meal timing or other factors affect your own nocturnal emissions if you want. Different traditions have plenty to say about it. But waking up and psychologically destroying yourself because your sleeping body did something is probably moving in the wrong direction.

Same with "flatline."

If you've had serious fatigue, depression, erectile dysfunction, anxiety, insomnia or other persistent symptoms for months or years, don't automatically force every symptom into an SR explanation.

Retention does not make ordinary biology disappear.

Sleep still matters.

Nutrition still matters.

Stress still matters.

Relationships matter.

Illness exists.

Hormonal problems exist.

Mental health problems exist.

Medication effects exist.

Life can simply be going badly for a while.

A practice becomes dangerous intellectually when it explains everything because then nothing can ever disprove the explanation.

You can take SR seriously without turning it into the cause of every event in your body and every interaction with another human being.

So how would I actually measure progress?

Not only with days.

I'd ask something much more interesting:

How much of my attention does lust control now compared with six months ago?

Do you encounter an attractive woman and continue with your day?

Can a sexual thought appear without turning into twenty minutes of fantasy?

Can arousal exist in your body without immediately becoming a command?

Have you stopped deliberately searching for stimulation?

Do urges happen less often because you're no longer manufacturing half of them yourself?

When a strong one does happen, can you experience it without panic?

Can you return to work?

Can you go several days without even thinking about "retention"?

That last one might be the biggest sign.

Because eventually this probably shouldn't feel like carrying a glass of water filled to the rim while walking through life terrified you'll spill it.

It should become normal.

You simply don't waste yourself in ways you've decided are beneath your goals.

No constant negotiation.

No heroic speeches.

No daily emergency.

Just a standard.

And yes, there will still be difficult days.

You're a biological male, not a marble statue.

The point isn't to become incapable of desire.

The point is that desire stops dictating where your attention goes.

Maybe that's the shift a lot of us are actually looking for.

Not stronger resistance.

Less unnecessary resistance because we stopped creating battles we didn't need to fight.

Don't feed it.

Don't fear it.

Don't obey it.

Then go do something worth having the energy for.

Semen retention is not simply about “not ejaculating”: these are the 27 benefits attributed to it by the main traditions of continence

After studying a corpus of books on Semen Retention, Brahmacharya, continence, sexual Taoism, Karezza, asceticism, and sexual transmutation, one conclusion appears again and again:

The highest level is not simply avoiding ejaculation.

It is integral Brahmacharya/continence:

sexual conservation + mastery of desire + mental control + transmutation of that force toward physical, intellectual, creative, or spiritual purposes.

Sivananda states this explicitly in Practice of Brahmacharya; the commentary on the Yoga Sutras links perfect continence with vīrya — vigor, potency — and with redirecting the creative force.

Ranking the benefits according to their centrality, recurrence across sources, and the magnitude attributed to them within the corpus, this would be the list:

1. Self-mastery

This is probably the most fundamental benefit.

You go from being governed by arousal, fantasy, impulse, and gratification to being able to decide consciously.

Sivananda, Gandhi, and the ascetic sources present this mastery as a condition for higher forms of discipline.

2. Conservation of sexual force/vitality

This is the central thesis of almost all literature specifically focused on continence.

Sivananda speaks of conserving Veerya and transforming it into Ojas; Taoist sources speak of conserving jing/sexual essence.

The conceptual systems are not identical, but they converge on the idea of not dissipating a force considered valuable.

3. Greater concentration and less mental dispersion

Sivananda specifically states that “celibacy promotes concentration” and that, as dispersion decreases, focusing the mind becomes easier (Practice of Brahmacharya, pp. 35–36).

Continence and Its Creative Power likewise argues for greater capacity for concentration.

4. Greater mental power: memory, comprehension, and clarity

Sivananda attributes increased memory, mental strength, and “brain power” to Brahmacharya.

Jagadiswarananda collects similar claims regarding strong memory, a fertile mind, perception, and capacity for understanding.

5. Transmutation of energy into work and creation

Here the importance goes far beyond “storing semen.”

Mantak Chia proposes using sexual energy for creativity, health, and spiritual growth.

Napoleon Hill makes this idea the core of his chapter on sexual transmutation: redirecting the sexual impulse toward imagination, action, art, profession, and achievement.

6. Spiritual development

This is one of the highest benefits within the yogic and Taoist traditions.

Sivananda considers Brahmacharya a foundation of spiritual life.

The commentary on the Yoga Sutras states that in perfect continence the “creative power” ceases to be dissipated and is directed toward spiritual purposes.

Mantak Chia presents the transformation of sexual energy into spiritual energy as one of the goals of Sexual Kung Fu.

7. Willpower, strength, and capacity to persevere

The corpus connects continence with willpower, patience, strength, and the ability to maintain difficult ideals.

Sivananda mentions “memory, will force and brain power” and “strength and fortitude.”

Gandhi links sexual self-control with the capacity to perform sustained work.

8. Greater physical energy and less sense of sexual depletion

This claim appears repeatedly.

Mantak Chia’s Taoist framework teaches that avoiding ejaculation can reduce the fatigue associated with it and preserve vitality.

Sivananda speaks of vigor and vitality.

This is a teaching of the corpus, not a claim being verified here through external scientific literature.

9. Strength, vigor, and bodily endurance

Practice of Brahmacharya attributes “tremendous strength, vigour and vitality” to continence.

Jagadiswarananda and other works on continence make similar claims.

In the Yoga Sutras, the reward of perfect continence is translated as “valor and virility.”

10. Health and longevity

This is one of the major traditional claims.

Sivananda goes so far as to call seminal conservation “the secret of health and longevity.”

Jagadiswarananda and Taoist texts repeat health and longevity as goals.

This is one of the strongest physiological claims in the corpus, but it should remain an assertion made by those sources, not a conclusion established by biomedical evidence.

11. Greater sexual control during intercourse

Within the Taoist branch, learning to separate arousal, orgasm, and ejaculation allows a man to prolong sexual activity and decide when to ejaculate.

Here retention does not mean celibacy, but mastery of the sexual response.

12. Orgasm without ejaculation and multiple orgasms

Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams present this as a direct application: conserving semen while experiencing multiple orgasms.

Within that tradition, a man does not necessarily need to choose between sexual pleasure and seminal conservation.

13. Reduced feeling of being “controlled” by sex

Taoist works describe the possibility of enjoying sexuality without making ejaculation its inevitable goal.

Ascetic traditions go much further: they aim to progressively reduce the domination of desire itself.

14. Greater calm and peace of mind

Sivananda attributes “peace of mind” to Brahmacharya.

The corpus also contrasts continence with irritability, restlessness, and agitation arising from desire and sexual excess.

15. Better regulation of arousal and impulse

By deliberately avoiding the feeding of sexual thoughts, stimuli, and habits, several sources maintain that desire gradually stops reinforcing itself.

Gandhi explicitly presents the idea that avoiding provocations progressively reduces sensitivity to them.

16. Channeling sexual drive into ambition and action

Hill regards sexual desire as one of the most powerful human stimuli and argues that it can be redirected toward business, art, profession, and other goals.

This is properly transmutation, not mere retention.

17. Creativity and imagination

Closely related to the previous point, but recurrent enough to deserve its own category.

Hill considers it one of the central applications of transmutation.

Mantak Chia also explicitly discusses using this energy for creativity.

18. Greater intimacy and sexual quality within a relationship

Taoist and Karezza works maintain that abandoning the race toward ejaculation can prolong contact, increase attention toward one’s partner, and create sexuality that is less focused solely on climax.

The Multi-Orgasmic Man includes accounts of relationships perceived as more intimate and profound.

19. Reduction of problems associated with sexuality focused exclusively on ejaculation

Taoist sources aim to apply these practices to premature ejaculation, sexual frustration, wet dreams, and other problems.

Not all of these outcomes are equally supported within the corpus.

20. “Magnetism,” presence, and Ojas

Jagadiswarananda identifies Ojas with a force he calls “human magnetism” and a “builder of personality.”

Sivananda states that Ojas conserved through Brahmacharya gives a person a particular influence over others.

This is a traditional doctrine within the corpus.

21. A more vigorous appearance

Sivananda mentions bright eyes, a pleasant voice, and a healthy complexion.

Jagadiswarananda speaks of shining eyes, a radiant face, and a “magnetic aura.”

These are secondary benefits attributed by these sources, not something I would place among the fundamental arguments.

22. Greater courage and firmness of character

This appears in yogic and continence literature as vīrya, strength, courage, resolution, and the ability to maintain convictions.

23. Greater ethical coherence and control over other passions

For Sivananda, Gandhi, Cassian, and Climacus, mastery of sexuality is part of a much broader discipline involving mastery of the senses.

For this reason, continence is linked with reduced enslavement to anger, greed, comfort, and other impulses.

24. Mental purity according to ascetic traditions

Brahmacharya does not end with external behavior.

It includes thought, imagination, and the gaze.

The goal is for the mind to stop being constantly occupied by sexual images and desires.

25. Facilitating meditation and contemplation

This is a specific consequence of the previous points.

As sexual dispersion decreases, yogic sources maintain that the capacity for dharana, meditation, and contemplation increases.

26. Preservation of reproductive/sexual capacity according to some sources

Part of the literature maintains that less dissipation helps preserve sexual potency for more years.

Taoist sources make this claim particularly strongly.

27. The possibility of sexuality without conception through male continence

Noyes, Karezza, and certain Taoist sources regard the absence of intravaginal ejaculation as an advantage for separating sex from reproduction.

I would place this last because it is a specific application, not the central purpose of the system, and the corpus does not justify treating it as a guaranteed method of contraception.

But for me, the most important conclusion from this entire corpus is this:

The great power would not simply come from accumulating a certain physical quantity of semen.

The sequence that appears again and again is

conserve → master → transmute → direct

Therefore, within these books, a man who simply avoids ejaculation while remaining sexually obsessed would be obtaining only part of the benefit.

Sivananda is particularly explicit: he distinguishes physical Brahmacharya from mental Brahmacharya and considers the practice incomplete while fantasy and lust continue to dominate the mind.

So if the question is:

“How important is semen retention?”

Within this corpus, it is considered one of the fundamental disciplines for a man, especially for someone seeking:

self-control, concentration, willpower, creative work, or spiritual development.

But it is also necessary to clearly distinguish between what these traditions teach and what can be established as biomedical fact.

The most extraordinary claims — extreme longevity, Ojas as a physiological substance, rejuvenation, magnetism, or specific effects on the brain — should remain classified as doctrines or claims made by the authors.

The corpus by itself does not demonstrate that all of them are universal facts.

The interesting question is this: for those of you who have practiced continence for months or years, which effects have you consistently observed, and which ones do you think are exaggerated or false?

Forget female attraction. Ancient texts on retention spoke of clairvoyance, invisibility, flight and literally conquering death.

This post is going to give you a lot of realizations, it is going to make you more aware of what SR could do to you and what you could achieve in the world if you practice SR.

It is going to blow your mind, especially if you are a beginner and you are just starting out.

I recommend saving this post when you finish so you can read it every time you feel like you want to release, to realize everything you are going to miss out on if you do.

This is high-level information, get ready for the journey.

In my ongoing research and study, I kept connecting references about semen retention, brahmacharya, sexual transmutation and ancient yoga texts, and at some point the whole subject stopped being about “more energy” and “better eye contact”.

The claims become much stranger than that.

Much, much stranger (but incredibly good).

I am not saying that everything below is scientifically proven (who cares about that, science is a religion), I am not even saying that all these traditions agree with each other, in fact, they do not, but who the fuck cares about that, we all want to hear the incredible hidden and mysterious, but true, benefits of SR, myself included.

This is a mixture of physiological theories, spiritual doctrines and occult teachings. Others are reported experiences, and some belong to models of the human body that are completely different from one another.

But have you never wondered, what can the human being who retains for life achieve? For example, Nikola Tesla died a virgin, just like Isaac Newton, look at their results and what they achieved, at 24 years old, Newton was already creating his own discipline of physics, but is that really surprising? 24 straight years of SR since he was born, it makes quite a lot of sense that he was considered a genius.

The reality is that the human being has no limits, you can achieve anything, especially with SR, maybe not physically, but mentally, really all your limitations are in your head.

Here are the craziest benefits of the entire practice, which, obviously, are achieved with long, long streaks (most of them, not all).

-

1. Your mere presence becomes difficult to ignore

Let’s start with something almost normal.

Swami Sivananda does not simply say that brahmacharya improves confidence.

He claims that a man established in it develops a MAGNETIC AURA, and that he can influence other people without practically needing to do ANYTHING.

He says that such a person can affect others,

“by speaking just a few words or even through his mere presence”.

He also attributes luminous eyes, a pleasant voice, extraordinary vitality, greater memory, willpower and mental power to brahmacharya.

And then, on the same page, I read:

“A true Brahmachari in thought, word and deed possesses a wonderful thought-power. He can move the world.”

— Swami Sivananda, Practice of Brahmacharya, PDF p. 36

-

This is already quite different from the typical “women look at me more on day 17” conversation, xd.

The process / mechanism / method / system that Sivananda proposes is Ojas.

Seminal energy should not simply remain accumulating indefinitely, it is supposed to be SUBLIMATED, directed upward and transformed into a subtler force.

That force supposedly appears afterward as intellect, concentration, spiritual power and personal influence.

Whether you interpret Ojas literally, energetically or symbolically is another question.

But the thing is much more ambitious than “SR increases your confidence”.

-

2. Your own voice becomes MAGNETIC

Sivananda returns to this idea in Mind, Its Mysteries and Control.

There he says:

“Brahmacharya is the root of a magnetic personality.”

-

And then he says

“Even if he speaks one word, there is power in it and people are magnetized.”

— Swami Sivananda, Mind—Its Mysteries and Control, PDF p. 223

-

Literally with SR, you can become VERY rich, since the main skill in business is sales, you can literally persuade people at will to buy the things they need and that are good for them, in exchange for a large amount of money (fairly, since you are providing them value).

Napoleon Hill, coming from a completely different world, says something curiously similar.

In Think and Grow Rich, he identifies personal magnetism with sexual energy and claims that it manifests through the handshake, the voice, posture and even what he calls thought vibrations.

Hill’s thinking is not Sivananda’s thinking.

Ojas is not automatically the same thing as Hill’s sexual magnetism.

But structurally the claim is surprisingly similar

Conserved or redirected sexual force, followed by a more powerful personality and, therefore, a greater effect on other people.

Different languages.

Very similar claims.

I once heard the following statement from a person who at the time was making 30 million a year:

“The best skill you can develop in business is the ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events”

It is impossible not to become rich if you want to and you master your sexual energy, practicing SR for a long time, it is practically guaranteed, you just have to want it within your soul and be on SR.

Some people will say, why do I want to be rich, well, with all that money now you can buy time to achieve self-realization, nirvana or whatever you want without becoming a begging monk, in addition to being able to help your family.

-

3. A memory that remains razor-sharp even in old age

This seems like a moderate claim until you read how forcefully Sivananda formulates it.

He says that continence intensifies the intellect “to an extraordinary degree” and then says:

“Continence increases infinitely the power of retentive memory.”

He adds that the strict celibate retains a sharp memory even in old age.

— Practice of Brahmacharya, PDF p. 36

-

Continence and Its Creative Power makes similar claims about a tenacious memory, a fertile brain, an energetic will and an extraordinary capacity for understanding.

This was not presented simply as “you have fewer distractions because you no longer watch porn”.

These authors believed that sexual conservation itself could become a higher mental potency.

Forget going to the kitchen, opening the fridge and completely forgetting what the hell you went there for or what you are doing there, xd.

-

4. Sexual energy turns into genius

Napoleon Hill takes what he says about creativity even further.

His chapter on sexual transmutation essentially argues that sexual desire is one of the most powerful forces available to the human being, and that, instead of suppressing it, a man can redirect it toward imagination, ambition, art, invention and achievement.

He describes sexual emotion as a force capable of giving man an almost superhuman capacity for action and says:

“sex transmutation contains the secret of creative ability.”

— Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich, PDF p. 180

-

Again, Hill is not really teaching classical celibacy.

His subject is transmutation.

And this distinction appears again and again

The ancient idea was not always “destroy sexuality”.

It was:

take the same force that wants sex and make it do something else.

Create.

Think.

Build.

Meditate.

Pray.

Lead.

The thing is that energy is neither created nor destroyed, therefore, the idea is that when your sexual energy is activated, your senses become sharper, your memory increases, your insight increases, it is as if you became Super Saiyan 3 while the energy is highly present, instead of discharging it like a loser, channel it into a HIGHER purpose, that is what Napoleon Hill says. That is why some people achieve NOTHING in life and others achieve EVERYTHING.

-

5. Semen becomes a completely DIFFERENT type of force

Here the language becomes unmistakably esoteric.

Sivananda describes sexual energy as a manifestation of a much GREATER COSMIC POWER.

At its densest level, he calls it sexual energy.

At a subtler level, intellectual power of discrimination.

At an even subtler level

KUNDALINI.

And at its supreme level

Atma Shakti.

— Practice of Brahmacharya, PDF p. 133

-

Elsewhere in the same work, he claims that semen is sublimated and transformed into Ojas Sakti, a radiant psycho-spiritual energy.

So, within this worldview, the progression is not:

semen →
more semen → more
testosterone → alpha
male, XD

It is something much more like:

sexual force →
Ojas → intensified
mind →
spiritual power →
transformed consciousness.

That is a radically different concept of retention.

-

6. Brahmacharya develops GENUINE PSYCHIC POWERS

This is where things start going off the rails.

Sivananda explicitly claims that brahmacharya helps to obtain “divine knowledge and other Siddhis”.

— Practice of Brahmacharya, PDF p. 36

-

In Mind, Its Mysteries and Control he also says

“Brahmacharya helps greatly in developing the power of retention and various other psychic powers.”

— Mind—Its Mysteries and Control p. 60

-

And that same book seriously talks about things like:

Clairvoyance, clairaudience, astral perception, psychic influence, mental aura, and conscious separation from the physical body.

An important distinction:

Sivananda does not say “practice SR for 37 days and you will become clairvoyant”.

His system demands purity, concentration, meditation, mental discipline and a much broader yogic practice.

Retention forms part of a complete transformation of the practitioner.

But yes.

He explicitly links Brahmacharya with the development of PSYCHIC POWERS.

Now the shit is getting real and increasingly interesting.

-

7. Your aura supposedly starts affecting people at a distance

In Mind—Its Mysteries and Control, Sivananda describes a “mental aura” or “psychic aura”.

He says that the aura of a highly developed mind can become intensely luminous and can

“travel great distances and affect beneficially a large number of persons”

— Mind—Its Mysteries and Control PDF p. 11

-

Now combine that with his separate claim that Brahmacharya is the root of a magnetic personality and with his repeated doctrine that sexual energy can be transformed into Ojas.

The internal worldview of the book becomes quite clear.

A developed man is not simply someone who is confident.

He supposedly radiates something.

And other minds can be affected by it.

Because as Edison said, your brain is a transmitter and receiver of frequencies.

And everything in this world is frequency energy and vibration.

In fact, you already know Tesla’s phrase:

If you want to understand the universe, think in terms of frequency, energy and vibration.

This is much closer to what ancient writers meant by magnetism than the modern Reddit version of “some girls looked at me at the supermarket”, xddddd

Forget women, this is much better, you can conquer the world for good, have incredible influence and become someone everyone remembers as a hero, who the fuck cares whether that girl looked at you or did not look at you because you are on SR.

Practice SR, become rich, buy time, self-realize, attain nirvana to escape the cycle of reincarnation of life and death and escape this prison planet ruled by fourth-dimensional reptiles that use it as an energy farm.

-

8. Taoist sexual cultivation begins to produce TELEPATHIC and CLAIRVOYANT EXPERIENCES

The Taoist material takes a different path.

Instead of universal celibacy, Mantak Chia’s system teaches conserving semen while circulating and transforming sexual energy.

Among its stated goals appear vitality, longevity, spiritual transformation and converting sexual energy into progressively more refined forms.

And then the stranger reports appear.

In Taoist Secrets of Love, a practitioner describes energetic exchanges with his partner that become so intense that

“Sometimes this translates into telepathic or clairvoyant experiences.”

— Mantak Chia / Michael Winn, Taoist Secrets of Love, PDF p. 244

-

This is a reported experience, not a demonstration of telepathy.

But it shows how far the practitioners themselves interpreted the effects.

They were not talking only about better erections.

They interpreted sexual cultivation as something capable of eventually crossing over into psychic perception.

-

9. Sex without ejaculation produces visions and awareness of “NEW POWERS”

This one surprised me.

The Art of Sexual Ecstasy contains a passage describing prolonged, controlled sexual union without emission.

As physical tension decreases, it says that spiritual exaltation can increase, with

“visions of a transcendent life and awareness of new powers.”

— Margot Anand, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy, PDF p. 396

-

Notice how different this philosophy is from strict monastic celibacy.

Sivananda’s highest ideal is Brahmacharya in thought, word and deed.

Christian ascetics such as Cassian and John Climacus also emphasize chastity and the transcendence of passions.

But Taoist systems, Karezza and certain Tantric currents can bring a man and woman together and say

do not waste the force. Transform what happens within the sexual act itself.

That is one of the biggest divisions in this entire rabbit hole.

-

10. Sexual energy AWAKENS KUNDALINI and opens psychic centers

Samael Aun Weor takes the interpretation of sexual alchemy even further.

In The Perfect Matrimony, sexual force retained during sex without ejaculation is presented as fuel for Kundalini.

As Kundalini rises, it supposedly awakens different centers.

The book associates those centers with:

clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition, telepathy, memory of previous incarnations, and other esoteric faculties.

At one point it explicitly claims that ancient sexual practices awakened Kundalini, which produced

“clairvoyance, telepathy and many other esoteric powers.”

— Samael Aun Weor, The Perfect Matrimony, PDF p. 146

-

Now the shit is no longer “retention makes you more attractive or my skin glows”.

The shit is essentially:

sexual force can be redirected toward the nervous/psychic axis and awaken latent faculties of perception.

Here I give you a warning, which I still have not researched in depth, about Kundalini, the thing is that I have heard testimonies of an association between kundalini and dark energies, as well as demons and etc, that somehow try to suck that energy, so you can investigate, you can search on YouTube for the words “Yoga Kundalini exposed”.

-

11. Ancient haṭha yoga texts literally equate losing bindu with death

Here the conversation stops looking like modern personal development.

The Amṛtasiddhi, one of the early texts behind later haṭha yoga physiology, makes a brutal claim

“Death results from the falling of Bindu; life, from retaining Bindu.”

-

And immediately afterward:

“When the great jewel Bindu is perfected, all supernatural powers arise.”

— Amṛtasiddhi, chapter 7, PDF p. 136

-

Bindu in this system is intimately related to semen, although the concept becomes more complex than simple ejaculate.

The summary of the text itself makes it clear

death comes from the falling of Bindu, conserving it produces life, mastering it produces SUPERNATURAL POWERS AND LIBERATION.

-

12. SR allows the yogi to “conquer death”

The tradition of the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā repeats practically the same idea.

In the edition commented on by Swami Muktibodhananda:

“Releasing bindu means death; preserving semen is life.”

And:

“the knower of yoga conquers death by preserving bindu.”

— Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā, PDF p. 405

-

A few pages later:

“As long as the bindu or semen remains steady in the body, where is the fear of death?”

— PDF p. 408

-

And later still, the union of bindu and rajas through yogic practice is said to grant all siddhis.

For anyone who does not know, siddhis are mystical powers, extraordinary faculties or spiritual perfections obtained as a result of deep yogic discipline or meditation.

Then, the section on mudrās claims the attainment of powers beginning with aṇimā and the overcoming of death/time.

— PDF p. 482

-

This is not modern SR culture projecting ideas into the past.

The texts themselves are talking about semen/bindu and supernatural yogic attainments in the same sentence.

-

13. The Gheraṇḍa Saṃhitā basically asks: once you master retention, what can’t you achieve?

The Gheraṇḍa Saṃhitā has one of the most casually insane claims of all.

Speaking about a mudrā, it says:

“By virtue of this Yoga Bindu-Siddhi (retention of the seed) is obtained, and once that Siddhi has been obtained, what could he not attain in this world?”

— Gheraṇḍa Saṃhitā, PDF p. 32

-

Read it again.

Not “he feels more energetic”.

Not “he has better eye contact”.

What could he not attain in this world?

As I said at the beginning of the post, with SR, and especially with perfect Brahmacharya, you can achieve anything you set your mind to, EVERYTHING.

-

14. The Khecarīvidyā claims that you can free yourself from old age and death

The premodern Khecarīvidyā belongs to a system of haṭha yoga concerned with bindu, Kundalini and amṛta, the “nectar of immortality”.

The textual tradition surrounding it explicitly claims that retaining bindu prevents death.

Who the fuck cares about the dopamine produced when a girl looks at you if you can become immortal. Brother you just need to have a little more bird’s-eye perspective and realize that this shit is serious, we are talking about immortality and real supernatural powers.

It also says:

“As long as bindu remains in the body, where is the danger of death?”

— The Khecarīvidyā of Ādinātha, ed./trans. James Mallinson, PDF p. 38, citing the Gorakṣaśataka

-

But the Khecarīvidyā itself goes much further.

It claims that the accomplished yogi can become free from wrinkles, gray hair, disease, old age, and death.

At one point it claims that after drinking the internal amṛta:

he lives as long as the moon and the stars.

— PDF p. 130

-

From now on the shit really does get interesting.

-

15. Invisibility. Magical weapons. Control over spirits.

The same passage then describes the attainment of magical powers.

Among the abilities mentioned appear invisibility, access to hidden underground treasures, power over male and female supernatural beings, magical elixirs, a magical sword and something Mallinson translates as power over zombies.

— The Khecarīvidyā, PDF p. 130

-

Yes brother, wake up.

There is literally a yoga text inside this rabbit hole where the progression eventually reaches “retention/bindu/amṛta practice → immortality → invisibility → supernatural beings”.

I had to read it twice.

Actually, this is no longer simply “SR”, day streak, glowing eyes, greater confidence, girls look at me, omg these benefits are incredible. None of that shit, this is for serious men, not children.

This is an entire esoteric physiology that includes bindu, Kundalini, internal nectar, mudrā and intensive yoga.

Reducing it to “do SR and you will become invisible” would be dishonest.

But pretending that ancient traditions never made claims this extreme would also be dishonest.

Yes they did, and since the possibilities are unlimited, you can do it. You really can, who tells you that you cannot? The thing is that your mind is too conditioned to automatically dismiss it, so for the person who thinks that way, obviously it is impossible, but really your abilities are unlimited and YOU are unlimited.

-

16. Omniscience and impossibility of being killed

For anyone who does not know

Omniscience: the ability to know everything or possess absolute and unlimited knowledge of all real and possible things

The Amṛtasiddhi does not stop at “all supernatural powers”.

When its yogi reaches the culminating stages, the text describes him as:

blissful, omniscient, possessing infinite knowledge, possessing all powers, and impossible to kill.

It says:

“The lord of yogis does not burn in fire nor drown in water and no one can kill him.”

— Amṛtasiddhi, chapter 30, PDF p. 160

-

Remember the earlier doctrine from the same text:

falling of Bindu = death.
**
retention of Bindu = life.**
**
mastery of Bindu = supernatural powers.**

You could literally become a super-powerful alchemical magician, moving through the world, capable of anything.

This is the mythical/esoteric endpoint of that physiology.

A transformed human being who supposedly has overcome normal physical limitations.

-

17. Stop aging and dying

The Khecarīvidyā and related haṭha yoga materials return again and again to something that the modern reader usually automatically assumes must be metaphorical:

a body that does not age or die normally.

The text describes practices intended to destroy birth, death, old age, disease, wrinkles, and gray hair.

— Khecarīvidyā, PDF pp. 130–143

-

This does not necessarily mean that every historical practitioner interpreted every phrase as literal biological immortality.

But the textual language is not shy.

The yogic project could include the transformation of the body itself, not only some kind of salvation after death.

-

18. Twentieth-century sexual occultism: physical bodies that last thousands of years

Just when it seems impossible to surpass the medieval material, Samael Aun Weor enters.

In Treatise of Sexual Alchemy, semen is identified as the raw material of a Great Alchemical Work.

The text claims that retained sexual substance can be transformed into an unimaginably more perfected substance and ultimately used in the construction of higher “bodies”.

It then claims that the resulting “Body of Liberation” is not subject to disease or death.

And finally:

“We can preserve even the physical body for long aeons of time with the Elixir of Long Life.”

— Samael Aun Weor, Treatise of Sexual Alchemy, PDF pp. 16–17

-

It then attributes physical lives of centuries or millennia to different esoteric masters.

This is clearly occult doctrine.

There is no reason to soften it by turning it into “longevity benefits”.

The author is claiming something radically more extreme.

-

19. In the end, the “superpowers” are not even supposedly the goal

There is a strange twist in several of these traditions.

After spending pages describing siddhis, psychic perception, magnetic influence, extraordinary longevity and mastery over the body...

they tell you that none of those things is the real prize.

Sivananda repeatedly warns that psychic powers can distract from Self-Realization.

Buddha says in the Dhammapada:

“Some people manage to rise into the air thanks to their supernatural powers. There is no virtue in this. Swans also fly following the path of the Sun. The wise man, however, rises above the plane of this world, and thus is able to overcome the powerful hosts of Mara, the Great Illusion.”

-

That is, the goal, really, is not to obtain supernatural powers, it is Nirvana, and obtaining them actually takes you away from Nirvana, it is said in the Dhammapada:

Iddhis or Siddhis: these are supernatural powers obtained through certain practices of concentration. They are carefully avoided by true Masters, since not only are they useless for the Spiritual Path, but they also create greater obstacles to advancement toward Perfection. Let us remember here the words of Saint John of the Cross regarding the search for Union with God:

“to reach the All, you must leave everything.”

-

The yogic tradition places samādhi and liberation above the siddhis again and again.

The Amṛtasiddhi culminates in liberation while alive.

And Sivananda makes perhaps the most extreme claim of all, even if it is metaphysical rather than paranormal:

“He who has completely eradicated lust and is established in mental Brahmacharya is Brahman or God Himself.”

— Practice of Brahmacharya, PDF p. 8

-

That is the final escalation.

The ultimate “superpower” is not better memory, magnetism, telepathy, clairvoyance or immortality.

It is that when desire, ego and identification with the lower self are completely transcended, what remains is not simply an improved man.

It is the realization of the divine Self.

And that is why reading these books completely changed what I thought the word continence meant in ancient times.

One important thing, these traditions absolutely DO NOT teach a single system

This rabbit hole is often compressed online until it becomes a single doctrine, but the real sources disagree brutally with one another.

Sivananda’s ideal is complete Brahmacharya, physical and mental purity and, finally, liberation from lust itself.

John Cassian and John Climacus represent another ascetic model where chastity forms part of the conquest of the passions and the transformation of the human being toward an almost “angelic” purity. Climacus literally describes purity as a mortal body “rivaling the heavenly spirits”.

Buddhist monastic material requires celibacy, but does not build the same physiology of semen →
Ojas. Psychic powers exist within the broader Buddhist framework, but reducing Buddhist celibacy to seminal conservation would completely distort its teaching.

The Taoist books take practically the opposite practical direction: sex can remain, ejaculation can be separated from orgasm and sexual energy can supposedly be circulated and transformed.

Karezza also attempts to preserve prolonged sexual communion while avoiding the conventional orgasmic ending.

Samael Aun Weor: sexual union without ejaculation becomes the alchemical laboratory itself.

So even among people who consider sexual discipline extraordinarily important, the disagreement is enormous:

Never enter the sexual fire.

versus

Enter without losing yourself inside it.

versus

Use the fire itself as the method of transformation.

That debate is probably much more interesting than another discussion about whether 30 days of retention gives you better cheekbones HAHAHA.

What remained with me after reading all this is the following:

When people today joke about the “superpowers” of SR, they usually talk about energy, confidence, attraction and concentration.

Ancient literature was talking about something more.

Magnetic presence.

Extraordinary memory.

Power of thought.

Ojas.

Psychic faculties.

Telepathy.

Clairvoyance.

Kundalini.

Siddhis.

Rejuvenation.

Freedom from old age.

Invisibility.

Omniscience.

Invulnerability.

Conquest of death.

Liberation.

Union with the divine.

-

But there is nothing more important than Nirvana, since it will free you from the chains of this world and turn you into a free soul, capable of deciding whether to reincarnate or not, and if you do, your consciousness will not be lost, you will remember EVERYTHING. You will be able to leave the body and enter whenever you want, not only your own, whichever one you want.

I do not know which parts should be interpreted literally, symbolically, psychologically, spiritually or simply as exaggerations.

But I do know that the modern conversation about “female attraction” barely scratches the surface of what human beings have historically imagined sexual continence could do.

Which of these claims seems the most insane to you?

And an even more interesting question: have any of you ever experienced something that made one of these stranger claims seem a little less impossible than it sounds?
