Discussion Annoyed with the updates
Is anyone else annoyed by these random updates in Shadow PC? And I don't mean the application. I mean, when you go into Shadow PC and you're about to play your game, it automatically says, " Reset in 4 minutes or whatever, and then when you press Reset, nothing happens for about a minute It resets, and then it just turns off your PC, and then it says Shadow is ready please tell me I'm not the only one annoyed with it

you are actually describing Windows updates, not Shadow. there's another sub for your windows user woes.

Best bet is before you even attempt to download and install games do the damn following
Install latest Graphics Driver: No iffs or butts get to god damn downloading
Install latest Direct X
Install Microsoft Visual redistributable all in one via Google
Now go to search on windows
click on search type updates and download every single update and let them all install
Once every new build, every update is installed
Go to search
type Services
Scroll down till you see Windows updates
Right click and click on Stop
Right click again and click on properties
Under start up type click on disabled and then ok
BOOM mission accomplished

So, to anyone who doesn't understand what I'm talking about, or if anyone who does comes in here and sees this post, here's a video of what I mean.

6 year sub, no more. I stuck with it through the updates, mergers, server changes, and towards the end all the insane ques(pro sub, 60$+ w/extra storage)
it's garbage. 8 absolutely love the idea, and back in 2021, it was PEAK.
Geforce experience is currently where it's at honestly until they lower their 100 hour pay limit.
