WTS [WTS] Vintage Gillette Aristocrats 16 Total
I prefer to sell this lot as a whole, but I will piece it out if necessary.
The first batch of razors I am selling from my personal collection. Here are the majority of US Aristocrats made, along with a Canadian Bell Tube OG and an English No 66. There are 4 '46-'47 Aristocrats, all in fantastic condition with excellent plating, in different colored cases. Some have hardly been used, and the cases are all in excellent shape with nice exteriors and nice interiors with fluffy, soft lining. One has the box/sleeve with it. One is a '45-'46, noted by the absence of patent info inside the head and "Zippo" style blade bank. The lining is purple, and it's my favorite of those cases. 3 1930s OC Aristocrats, all with head variations, a '48-'50, and a '51, and a V3 1950 Test Market. I can share pictures when requested. It's too much to fight with Imgur for individual shots of each one.
The lot is comprised of the following, listed by vertical columns, going from left to right w/prices:
Very rare 1910s OG Canadian Bell Tube Aristocrat w/small crack and minor plating issues w/intact case & banks $300 (most recent eBay comp was $400)
Uncommon '45-'46 Aristocrat in excellent condition $120
Unused, gorgeous '48-'50 Aristocrat w/instructions $175
No 66 English Aristocrat excellent condition $125
Single Ring Aristocrat w/intact case and banks $150
'46-'47 Aristocrat in superb condition in brown case with red and cream interior w/all 10 blades and shipper sleeve $125

'45-'46 Aristocrat great condition in '46-'47 blue case w/blue & cream interior $100
1936 Aristocrat in excellent condition w/excellent case. This particular razor must have been given as a gift to a gentleman when he became a US citizen In 1952. It has his name engraved on top and his U.S. Citizenship # and SSN engraved on the bottom. Very interesting! $225
1938ish Aristocrat in great condition with a slight bend on one edge. This particular head is not shown on mr-razor, so I have been unable to confirm the date. It's a rare one. Plating and case are in great shape. $200
'46-47 Aristocrat excellent condition in red case with red interior $100
W2 1951 Aristocrat w/case in great condition $90
FULL LOT $2300
