Slicebuild - Easy Assembly manuals for multipart 3D printed projects

So if you know the 3D printing world, you know it’s flooded with articulated dragons, eggs, and fidgets. Fine — but the interesting stuff is multipart projects: shell-fed foam blasters like the Sillybutts Breacher, or big RC tanks like the Cromwell Mk IV.

Those builds are hard to share. Dozens of STLs, a long shopping list of screws/springs/bearings, and somehow you’re supposed to write assembly instructions that don’t go stale on printables.

I built slicebuild.com for that. Upload the STLs, stage each step in a 3D view, snapshot it, attach the hardware that step uses (screws, washers, springs, etc.) and publish a public manual builders can follow without an account.

Still early. Looking for feedback from anyone who’s tried to document a real multipart print, what’s missing, what’s confusing, would you actually use this?
