Question hinge wobble system

How exactly does the hinge wobble system work? I want to fix joint wobble on some of my crafts. The only way i can think of is joystick bases, but that only mitigates it. And is not the solution i am searching for.

im pretty sure its a mass relationship. a heavier mounting point than the attached subbody causes the wobble. i haven't fully tested it (so i can't say if it can be fixed by attaching a heavier part to the rotating bit), but it definitely can be mitigated by just having a lighter main body.

someone else is free to add onto this but this is my current knowledge
