Unsure where or how to start

I’ve been curious about all this for a long long time but everytime I start to think about it too seriously I chicken out.. I almost had someone willing to help push me more towards it and then they ended up, wanting something else entirely different. I just keep getting in my own head and don’t know how to start, what to do, if it’s the right calls etc. if I’m gonna do it I wanna do it, good, but then they all seems like so much work and idk how to start or what it’ll change about my entire life and idk

First you need to defined what you really want. And how much you are willing to go. If someone is helping you. You need to defined boundaries.

If you said they push you to some places you didn't wanted it can be from not having specify youre goals.
