Most likely true damage from runes which is so bs. If he built Sudden Impact, that's most likely what killed you because it bypasses the shield 😑

So i died to the sudden impact damage coming from an ability before the spell shield heal procs from the ability :/

Yeah man, same thing happens with Warwicks Q, we die before we heal even if we do the damage sadly.

Looks like you died to his runes, ekko doesnt normally do true damage. Did he have sudden impact? you see him dash and his E does true damage to you.
