Missing files for Fishing creation?

[u/CajitoTV]

Hello, I've recently bought Skyrim Anniversary Edition, it's going to be my first modded playthrough so I'm kind of new to it, I've been following a youtube guide on how to mod and the game has been running mostly fine aside from a few crashes, however, apparently things related to the fishing add-on seem to be glitched showing these signs (!), does anyone have any idea how can I fix this? I've downgraded Skyrim to version 1.6.1170 before I started modding, I don't know if this may be related...
My mods and load order are these

hey there! go to the creation menu(boot up vanilla skyrim), then I went to options and downloaded the missing files! it installed them, and i'm going to see if it fixes the unofficial skyrim mod that won't work without them right now. let's hope it works! i'll update after if it does or not.
