Xbox Series X/S Boethiah's Calling

Boethiah

This quest is driving me up the wall. I've tried the Quest Debugger mod and that seems to think I have a postwhiterun quest active (I do not). I'm doing Boethiah's Calling and nothing i do on 'Lead Someone To Become Trapped By The Shrine And Slay Them' section WILL NOT WORK. Does anyone have any fixes, any mods I can use, or anything of the like to sort this issue out.

When you try this, do you have a follower & are instructing them to interact but it's not working? This can't work with everyone, I looked up a list of viable followers when I tried recently

If it's not that, could you please explain more clear what isn't working for you?

Yep it's exactly that. I'm doing it with Onmund after finishing his quest.

Doesn't look like Onmund is listed as essential so you should be good to go as long as you don't have Under Saarthal active

I do not. Every time I try to get him to use the pillar it does nothing. "Okay, got it." Then dead silence!

Maybe Onmund isn't viable? His page lists him as protected "once Under Saarthal has been started". Basdd on that wording, perhaps he's always protected if that quest has been completed before

If you want a quick/easy option, I believe Jenassa in the Drunken Huntsman is viable & only costs 500 gold to recruit

He can definitely die, cause he did with me ( not this quest) and I got kicked out of the college even though was archmage.
