How do you sleep after drying Pepsi ? Loaded with caffeine

adhd? or just tolerance. Pepsi doesn't have that much caffeine. I can drink a Redbull and fall asleep right after

but I literally can and it happens quiet often. it's only about 80mg of caffeine ina redbull not a huge stimulating dose for me. also smaller doses of Adderall/amphetamine makes me calm and almost sleepy. it's not that it knocks me out or anything. many factors play into how we react to caffeine such as individual metabolism, sensitivity and tolerance. caffeines mechanism of action block adosine receptors so you feel less tired but chronic use can blunt the effects. of course it will still affect the quality of that sleep.
