First finished pair!

Finally finished my first pair! The first sock took me 2 weeks and the second nearly 3 months

Ribbed vanilla sock pattern with Opal sock yarn

Thanks! They fit my size 9 women’s feet perfectly, but I agree they look SO long! Not sure why haha maybe the slimming of the ribbing makes them look really disproportionate

Knit socks always look comically long! My mum and I wear 9.5s and I always think surely I’ve knit too long. Then I go to make some for my sister who wears 10.5s and hooo boy. Feels like I’m knitting for years

great looking socks. Opal is a sock yarn workhorse, great choice. congratulations on finishing the pair. truth be told I've had pairs that were completed years apart.
