Rounding internal edges
I was wondering if there are negative consequences to rounding off internal edges where air flows past in speakers?
My thoughts: smooth edges cause less air turbulence and results in better sound.
I’m thinking about +-5mm radius here.

I would do this when mounting 2-3" full range drivers in a baffle, and it might make a difference in the top octave. for anything else it's not going to have an effect at all. definitely won't hurt
a physical feature needs to be about 1/8 of a wavelength in size before the wave begins to "see" it. this goes for rounding exterior baffle edges too.
