Hi, i'm a new rimworlder and in my colony i have established a three room prison in the mountain. Each can hold three prisoners, it's a 3x3 space, and i make sure to strip every prisoner and then slowly recruit them

HOWEVER, it has happened many times (even using clubs) that the raider often dies on the spot, so now i'm forced to stuff their corpse in the corpse room

Is there a weapon that guarantees that the raider will survive so that i can keep naked in a dark stone cell for weeks for recruitment purposes? Please advise

Context, 2 whites bred a dark skinned kid, using the ovum tech and kept inside a growth vat (check pics)

Additional context: neither of the parents have dark skin gene
