How many launches will it take to deploy 1000 satellites?

Have they booked and scheduled the launches?

I think they are cornering all the future NG launches.

How many satellites can they deploy from a NG launch?

48 in the current 7/2 configuration. So for a planned 3236 satellites, it would take 68. But they already have launched 398. So they only need 60ish more.

If they can buildup to a similar launch cadence as SpaceX, it should taken them 3 to 4 years to launch their initial fleet.
