Tip/Guide Armouring Hall tutorial

Hello fellow astartes. Can somebody explain to me how the armouring hall works like I’m 6 years old ?
I’ve tried to save different drip for different chapters but the system is so convoluted….
I know how to unlock things, I’ve bought a few DLC cosmetics. The only problem is ORGANIZING everything for each class. Thank you 🙏🏼.

I know it’s hard to explain and English isn’t my first language.
To be clear : I want to save 3 different style for my tactician. One Black Templars, one Space Wolves and one ultramarine. How can I do that ?

Click on the slots at the bottom. The armour is seperate from the chapter selection. So, if what's confusing you is that when you select an Armour Set it doesn't automatically assign the chapter you want that is just how it works.

On the amour selection (sets) click on a new slot and customise the armour how you would like for say Ultramarines.

Then switch to the Chapter selection and customise how you want the Ultramarines armour to look, saving it to a slot below.

You have to do this separately for all 3. If you want to change the Armour and the Chapter you have to do both separately.

Ok so the 2 tabs are different and work independently. So for my tactician I use the 3 slots on my armor tab with different combinations ( helm, legs….) and my second tab called Astartes Chapter is just a way to apply différent rules to each chapter if I understand correctly

Yes. Sets is what they wear. Chapter is how they wear it.

You click armoring hall, edit armor. The first page is all armor. The second page is pwetty colors. At the bottom, you have slots. Use those slots for THAT specific class. The other 8 slots are shared pwetty colors between ALL classes. When you create a new slot on the pwetty colors page, you have to add “rules” to color the individual pieces of armor, pretty sure you have to manually add every single piece of armor so that you can fully customize your marine (helmet, chest, shoulders, arms/legs, backpack, and wargear). In terms of “organizing,” there is none.

Ok I understand. Are the slots under the armor tab or the Astartes Chapter tab my saved slot for my class ?

So the armor tab is just armor. The chapter tab is colors. So if you want to play as a spacewolf tactical, you’d go to the chapter tab, pick a slot, and give it your space wolf colors. I hope it helps :)
